Rooms are available during Winter OR still. Gorgeous place! Food is amazing. Reasonable rates. The rooms are super clean and the staff is great. Sometimes hard to reach by phone but they answer the cell and email.

It was easy to find and we were greeted right away by the best innkeeper I've ever experienced. The room was so comfortable to stay in and the whole place was a pleasant place to sit around and relax in. The food and drinks were so delicious and served so elegantly. We did not want to leave! Anytime we are...

This is a cozy bed and breakfast on a lovely authentic street in Salt Lake City. It has a genuine European flare to it and antique, homey feel. The rooms are gloriously decorated to keep the deeply-rooted ethics of the home and the community it represents. Buffi, the owner, will glorify you with her famous stuffed fruit-filled crescents or the...

We had a wonderful stay at Haxton. It was convenient to everything but just enough out of the way that you felt you could rest. The owner is a wonderful soul and a pleasure to know. The breakfast was amazing!!!

We booked here sight unseen after our usual B&B spot turned out to be unavailable. I'm glad we did, as there are some definite pluses to this place! First of all, yes, it's an antique building. Anytime you see "National Register of Historic Places" plaques on a building, you should set aside any notion of it looking like some kind...

When we checked into this B&B, we discovered that the owner was not available. The substitute people were less informed about our arrival and our needs. Our Gluten-free friend was not accomodated, despite her talking to the owner earlier. Breakfast was TERRIBLE- scrambled eggs and bacon that had been cooked earlier and kept warm. The inn itself is charming, decorated...

I have had so much luck when using B&B's as alternatives to hotels when traveling for business. This one was a miss. Haxton was more like an antiques showroom than a B&B. My room was on the main floor. The sheets were paper thin, see through - not typical plush bedding found at B&B's. Some sheets were even stained and...

I have travelled a lot, all over the world, and in my 30's I came to realize that I really truly don't like the impersonal nature of hotels. Give me a nice Inn or B&B and I am a happy camper. The first few times I went to SLC I stayed in the Little America, and then at one of...

Haxton Manor is close to Temple Square in the historic district yet with no stairs needed. Very accommodating staff as in VERY. Enjoyed being served tea when I first arrived. The downstairs room was level with the parking space and handicap accessible - very easy to deal with if you don't want to do stairs. Upstairs rooms are beautiful. Coffee...

Owner & staff very accommodating & helpful. Great location to all amenities. Beautifully restored English manor. Off-street parking. We spent three nights there with family & were treated like gold. Delightful experience and excellent breakfasts.

“We like the rooms in front. Better view and ambience and not much noise. You feel like it's your home. If you want a quieter room, ask for the rear of the house. Quieter but not the same expansive view.”
