Our first time in Albuquerque and wanted a central location hotel. Old Town is a must see. The room was spacious and very clean. Did not hear anyone walking in the hallways. Our room was next to the elevator and never heard a thing. The Sales Manager, Harris Balkin, made our stay much nicer. We had a request and it...

This is a great hotel, great location and very clean! I forgot the lady working the front desk but she was very helpful with directions of places we wanted to go. Breakfast was good. This hotel looks pretty new if it's not its well kept! We would definitely stay here again!

Firstly we wanted to visit Albuquerque but really hadn't got a clue where to stay, We had a list of things we wanted to see during our stay all of which needed a car to get to. The Holiday Inn is close to the I40 and easy to find. Everywhere you want to travel you can easily get to. For...

This room satisfied what we expect from an HIE hotel, comfortable and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Hotel was basically full (tour bus group even) but we did not hear anyone above us or in the hallway and slept well. The internet worked quickly and well. Shower had good water pressure. The view from the exercise room is nice...

Manager Haleah Todd and her desk staff were not only extremely helpful, but accommodated many unexpected issues, such as surf boards and need for an extra night. Could not ask for a better experience for a father daughter cross country stop.

Stayed here for 2 nights for the balloon fiesta when it was a complete sell out. We did have to wait for our room to be ready because of how busy they were but we just left our luggage and went to visit the Indian cultural centre across the road. When we checked in we were very happy with our...

This is an excellent hotel, very good value and an outstanding place to stay while in Albuquerque. My wife and I spent 3 nights there and enjoyed it very much. The rooms were well equipped and spotlessly clean. As remarked by other reviewers, all the staff are extremely friendly. The Sales Manager, Harris Balkin chatted to us (and all the...

I booked 48 rooms for our high school band, I had the pleasure of working with Harris, the sales manager, at the Holiday Inn Express Old Town in Albuquerque NM. He made this trip so very easy to set up and followed up with me the Monday before our arrival on Saturday! I received a phone call today (Monday) from...

Loved our stay. Located near freeway, yet access to historical Old Town and other parts of the city were nearby. It had all the amenities we needed, guest laundry, indoor pool was a plus, rooms were always spotless when we returned from our day. We especially enjoyed the staff. Jalena always had a smile for all those who came through...

This is probably the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The staff are all very friendly and helpful (I mean ALL of them!). The breakfast was fully stocked every morning with plenty of choices. When I booked the hotel I thought it was closer to the Old Town (walking distance) but it's really not even though it's only...
