This hotel is advertised as a 3-star hotel on many online booking sources. I booked it through Priceline for a 4 night stay. After checking in and getting to my room I knew it wasn't of 3 star quality. My room was well worn, the carpet was stained, and the commode wouldn't stop running, but adequate for my needs. The...

Booked online through booking.com. Of course all sites listed as a 3 star. Would be more like a 1 star or less. Rooms are outdated, had troubles with both tv's in room and ice machines only worked on first floor. Wifi is crap, only strong in lobby. Would never book again. Neighbourhood is scary. Actually started to look for other...

The room was okay , the water slide made up for the frustration of the lack of communication from front desk upon checking in . Breakfast was okay , better than the donuts and coffee you sometimes find . Hotel dated , but for what I paid for the room I cannot complain .

The property is average, the location was a bit scary especially at night. The parking lot did not feel safe or secure and we felt uncomfortable leaving at night and had concerns about vehicle safety. The room was comfortable, clean, and internet was strong and dependable. The pool hours were very restricted. The TV was an old CRT with grainy...

It's a clean older property. Nice front desk staff. Rooms have good furniture. Solid mattresses. Clean linens. More than enough pillows. Direct TV. 32" flat screen. Room looks like it was updated recently. New stone time in bathroom. Desk, chest of drawers, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board. HVAC unit looked a little rough. Took most of the...

Booked online, of course. In a sketchy sketchy neighborhood. It's a family business , and everyone working here (and it's not many) belong to the same, large family. TV is small, wifi is weak. Parking doesn't have security, I'm worried. Deferred maintenance is the name of the game at this formerly reasonable hotel. That means they fix nothing. I'm glad...

I stayed here overnight when picking my grandchildren from the airport. The rooms and hallways were very outdated and did not feel clean. We had to request a room change because there was no wifi connection in first room. Towels were inadequate and when we requested more they only had very small ones. Since I had gotten this room through...

I always stay at Guesthouse Inn (used to be Country Inn) near ABQ airport, because of its convenient location and friendly staff members. When we enter the room, I noticed the lack of towels needed, so I called the front desk and more towels were delivered promptly. Hotel is clean and the housekeepers/front desk agents are friendly. Will visit again....

Supposed to have a pool. No apology- it was under construction still. No towels I wanted to shower before going to bed. Three calls and a visit to the Lobby and finally got towels 40 minutes later. The first person we spoke with promised them right away and then left home. Her replacement saw the note but ignored it and...

My husband & i arrived a day early and our original hotel was booked. I took a gamble and booked a room on Priceline that was considered 3 star and similar to Hilton or Hyatt. We ended up here. Which was a total surprise, not in a good way. This hotel sits next to a sketchy neighborhood. Although, later we...
