My husband and I live in Albuquerque but wanted a stay cation place close to our home. Neither one of us had slept at this hotel but have attended many functions there. Even though it was a slow time of the year, the hotel was well decorated for the holidays and had a beautiful, inviting atmosphere . Renee at the...

I stayed here for 2 nights in December 2016 for work. The hotel is decent overall. The location is convenient to the highway with lots of options for restaurants in the immediate area. I would agree with some of the other reviews regarding the hotel rooms, they are dated. Don't get me wrong, the rooms aren't terrible, just older and...

Dear Steve K Thank you for staying with us and for your nice comments regarding the staff and several of our amenities. We are so glad that you like our newly renovated first floor level. The renovation included our lobby, front desk, atrium, restaurant and bar. It is the prelude to future updates to the hotel. In regard to your...

This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. No breakfast, no WiFi, no fridge, no microwave, and the list goes on!! They make you pay for all of this.. The Manager was rude and all together it was just horrible. It must have gone under new management because it wasn't this bad a few years ago when I...

Dear Ashley C, We are so disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your recent stay with us. In regard to your comments regarding our amenities, we have not changed our practices on these, with the exception of our Wi-Fi so they would have been the same as your last visit. As a full service hotel, we have a...

Came in Thursday night back out early Saturday for office Christmas Party. Marriott Pyramid has obviously been around for a while. After all it's the Southwest not the Yucatan. The property is well kept and updated. Rooms and facilities up to date and comfortable. Every interaction with staff was very friendly and pleasant. I had room 722 and was very...

The staff at this Marriott was welcoming and helpful whenever a question arose. The breakfast buffet offered in the restaurant in the lobby was excellent. We loved the suite style room with the extra living room. We thought the hotel was in a good location for visiting different areas in the city as well as going north to Santa Fe.

The lobby area is huge and looks very high end like you would expect from a Marriott. The front desk clerk was very professional and check in was quick. When you get past the lobby it is all 90's era furnishings that I assume we're the Marriott standard back then. All the furniture in my room was pretty roughed up...

I stayed here for one night in November 2016. When you walk into the hotel the first thing you see is a modern-ish lobby. It looks like the lobby has been remodeled in the past few years to make it a little more modern. The staff member behind the reception desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Once...

Dear jimg9321, Thank you so much for staying with us and for your feedback about your overall stay. Stayed here a couple of nights while on business. I would agree with a few other reviews that it was hard to get to based on location.
