The hotel has charm of old town: they preserved history pretty well. It is clean and nice and has valet service in case you wonder where to park in downtown. Front desk was helpful and the rooms were clean and nice. They have live music in the lobby every night but you can't hear a thing in your room, it's...

The room was nice and clean and the hotel has many unique features. While having dinner in Mas tapas and wine we found the food to be delicious but the portions were very small and not worth the prices that are charged. No bread is served or offered and the waiter was not friendly. We made reservations earlier in the...

Arrived and even though I had a confirmation email as I booked directly with the hotel, they didn't have my reservation. They accommodated but of course the room wasn't what I had booked. Then until they had a room ready, they told us we could hang out in the library. We went there and were immediately asked to leave as...

It was a unique and beautiful place. It has a great rooftop bar and was even having an 80's dance the night we were there. Parking is a little complicated but it is a good location and great place to stay. Our room was clean and I liked the way it was decorated.

I stay in a lot of hotels every year for business. This one is a boutique and boutique hotels not part of any major hotel chain are hit or miss. This was a miss for me. Not great service, the room was much smaller and didn't look at all like the picture on the website and the food options were...

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the room exceeded my expectations and was very clean. It was also a good price. Cons: Very poor service--from the valet to the front desk. First, the only parking available is through the valet. There are two problems with the valet --it's difficult and at one time it was impossible to even pull up to...

Beautiful old hotel that is well maintained. Great spaces to relax or hold small gatherings. Decor is worth walking around to look at. Great library space. Small reception area but quick staff. Fifth hotel built by storied Conrad Hilton, and beneficiary of multi-million dollar renovation. Perhaps the most beautiful lobby I've ever seen in US; scene of many receptions, weddings, etc. Charming rooms, extremely well trained staff. Adjacent restaurant absolutely superior.

Our stay at Hotel Andaluz far exceeded our expectations, beginning with the hotel's atmosphere to the outstanding service! The lobby was beautifully appointed; it felt historic, yet with a touch of modern. Each of the casbahs were charming and romantic and allowed for privacy, but we were also able to enjoy the live music. The rooftop bar was decorated nicely...

My husband, two young sons and I stayed at Hotel Andaluz last summer when driving through New Mexico. The hotel staff went above and beyond with their helpful attitudes, the rooms were very clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We did not have time to fully explore all amenities, but will make a repeat visit as soon as possible.
