This is the 2nd time I have stayed here this year while traveling to El Paso via the ABQ. (Sometimes it makes more sense when flights are very expensive to simply drive to El Paso from Albuquerque) This hotel is within walking distance of the airport, has all the amenities you need, the property and rooms are very clean and...

This hotel is really nice. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very professional and helpful. The location is ideal. It's way too expensive though. Wifi is pricey. Costs to park. The drinks at the bar average about $8.

The hotel is a five minute walk from the airport and mostly easy to navigate in daytime. The room was spacious and well designed, and the bed so comfortable--neither soft nor too firm. Front desk and maintenance staff very friendly and helpful, as was shuttle driver to airport at 0430. Good food, if nothing fancy, at the restaurant, with attentive...

Stayed here for four nights for a conference being held at the University of New Mexico. From the moment we walked in, it was nothing but positive! We stayed on the 4th floor because we brought our little dog. It was an extremely nice room. The only issue we had was trying to get someone to bring an iron board...

We had a very early flight so selected this hotel. Great that after check-in I returned our rental car, and the hotel picked me up pronto. Will remember this. Room was fine, clean, and bed was very comfortable. Probably time for room to be redecorated, but it was fine for us. Good selection of TV channels...NHL Channel! Dined in the...

Quite literally, the Sheraton is right at the entrance to the Albuquerque Sunport. The rooms are spacious and well designed and surprisingly quiet considering the location. There were two disappointments during our stay: the shower was more a dribble than a shower and we were charged a parking fee to park in an unsecured parking lot more appropriate for a...

Comforter was soiled. Instead of cleaning it they turned it over. No usb ports in the room. Tv remote is not user friendly. Electrical outlet on lamp, by bed, does not work when light is turned off. Difficult to use a CPAP. Put a cost on the water, then don't charge???? Two elevators for 15 floors.

I usually try and stay at a Hilton but after a terrible experience decided to try the Sheraton and am so glad I did. It is very close to the airport yet I could barely hear the planes. I was on the 15th floor. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. I also ate at the bar--had...

Stayed here as part of a conference for three nights. Room was large and quiet, somewhat outdated but had the basic amenities. Conference facilities were nice and functional. Had some issues with temporary electrical outages at different outlets in the room at different times during my stay; bed linens were stained in several places and needed bleaching or replacing; great...
