The concept is great: two bedroom lofts with a living room and kitchen. The execution is out of a horror film. Upon arrival, I almost fell over from the pet odor lingering throughout the hotel. The windows were so filthy, they were black. The carpet and all the furniture was dirty and the curtains had dust circulating all around it...

Dear Miss C, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for my hotel. I'm very troubled to read how miserable it was for you. That is certainly not our standard of guest experience and I'm so very sorry. Please contact me anytime because I'm eager to do whatever it takes to make this up to you. I'd...

My room was huge and well appointed. If you need a room for one night, a week or longer, you will be very comfortable here. There's even a fireplace and a full kitchen. Check in was simple and pleasant. Enjoy!

Stayed here during the balloon fiesta. The suite was very large and comfortable. The assistant manager at the desk could not have been more helpful with hints on how to get around during the fiesta. The pool was nice, breakfast was standard free fare. Location was great, close to shopping and good restaurant choices.

First, the room. We stayed in a penthouse suite during a week-long visit in ALBQ for the Balloon Fiesta. It was the perfect size for a long visit. All penthouse suites are on the second floor of the buildings. Those who cannot climb stairs should choose a different type of room. Once inside the unit, the first floor has the...

Great stay, great location. Outstanding staff that we all felt was genuinely concerned that we had an enjoyable experience. Deliberately chose this Gen 1 property because of the penthouse suite. We stayed 7 days, and family drove up and stayed three with us and the room and layout of the penthouse worked perfectly. Parking was the only glitch..there just isn't...

Booked a double queen room. Very clean, quiet, and overall VERY nice. I don't have a single complaint except I wish Marriott's would stop serving powdered eggs at Breakfast. Blech! This property is very well managed!!

A very interesting place to stay. I enjoyed the mild temperatures as well as the road runners and humming birds. Beautiful sun sets and an amazing night sky ! I assisted a number of homeless people and they all were very kind and considerate. I hope they will be successful in their futures.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and we had so much fun! The swimming pool is outside and was wonderful and there was a spa. On Monday and Tuesday nights from 7-9:30 the was a great, but light, dinner provided and on Wednesday nights at the same time there was a really good waffle sundae! There is a full breakfast...

This property is conveniently located near an I-40 exit and just a mile east of I-25. It is located in a cluster of low-end motels. The neighborhood is safe and there are numerous restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. The property on the outside was run down and not at the standard expected at a Marriott Residence Inn....

Dear Ken_Plains_Traveler, Thank you for your thoughtful review of my hotel. I want to begin by addressing the "green pool water" issue. Please understand, at no time was the pool toxic for guests. Engineering and management was very much aware of the issue and took appropriate actions to resolve the problem. The chlorine levels were being tested every two hours...

Hotel was pretty run down all around. The room was clean and nice compared to the rest of the hotel common areas. Pool water was green and needed attention. Breakfast area was crowded and the coffee station was awkward and away from the breakfast area. We will not be back to this location unless it gets renovated.

Dear Smyer678, Thank you for taking time to review the hotel. We appreciate the feedback. I would like to let you know that we corrected the issue in the pool. The greenish pool water issue was noticed over the weekend but we wanted to wait until Monday morning to implement the solution because it required us to close the pool...
