Recently stayed at the Guesthouse Inn on Hotel Ave (off Eubank just north of I-40) while conducting some business in downtown Albuquerque. Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable room equipped with high-speed Wi-fi internet just a couple of minutes from downtown and at a very reasonable price! Extra added benefit: The Owl Café less than a block down the street to the...

It was an easy check in and out, no one was rude. The room was mostly clean except for the second queen bed had little hairs all over the top part of the bed where a pet had probably slept and the maid forgot to change the sheets. So that really grossed us out so we couldn't use that bed....

I was recently unable to book a stay in Albuquerque at one of the hotels that I normally use because of bookings resulting from the Balloon Fiesta. In fact, the hotels in the city were over 90% booked. After some searching I discovered that the GuestHouse Inn had one room left, which, having no experience with this property, I reluctantly...

Honestly this hotel is by far the worst....I've stayed in I've request for non-smoking room, because I have 5months old baby. That didn't happen lady put us in smoking room anyway because she said they sold all the non-smoking rms. She gave us a air freshner spray bottle? (wow? really?) All night people party next door, talking. It was terrible....

Hotels are hotels are hotels. Like roses they vary from scraggling and thorny to the occasional surprise... particularly if traveling on a budget. The GuesHouse Inn in Northeast AbbyQ is the latter. $50 for a nicely appointed, quiet, roomy place after an 11 hour drive from Barstow. Fellow in reception was friendly and helpful. A choice of two eateries within...

We travel a lot, good luck finding a place like this for less. Friendly front desk, clean and very reasonably priced. Our bed was great, my boyfriend has a bad back and he is quite picky. If in the area, I would stay here again. Had waffles, sauage, hard boil eggs, cereal, yogurt, toast, coffee and juice for breakfast. We...

This hotel was clean, safe, and great for an overnight stay. The concierge was extremely helpful, even when there was an error with our booking. Although the booking problem was actually my fault, they went above and beyond to help me resolve it. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, just about average, which is what I expect from a budget hotel.

Five 50-60 something siblings and spouses spent 3 nights during balloon fiesta. We were happy to find accommodations during a busy time but were underwhelmed with the property. The owners were nice, but the rooms did not feel especially clean, towels were thin and 1 per person, and the coffee was not very good. There was a nasty old abandoned...

I was in Albuquerque for my high school reunion and stayed at the GuestHouse Inn & Suites. I traveled alone and felt very safe at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Simple Continental style breakfast. Comfortable bed. This is not a fancy hotel, but has everything you need. Convenient location for the event I attended.
