    We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our suites do have a 30 day cancellation policy. You made your reservation on our website. Before you are able to make your reservation on our website, you must click through multiple screens agreeing to our cancellation policy. You also received a confirmation email after making your reservation, that stated our policy, again. We do work with guests in emergency medical situations, with documentation. However, from our understanding, this was not an emergency. Some of Colorado is busy in the winter, for ski season. However, there is no skiing in Estes Park, so the winter is our off season and is very slow. We are sorry that the manager did not call you back. He is out of the office for 2 weeks, due to a surgery. However, we do show that you spoke with Joseph. We are not aware of any other requests for a call back. We also show that you had two other people stay in your room during the dates of your stay and that we were able to work with you in this situation.

    Hello! Our rooms do not have safes. Our property and the town is very safe. We do have a small safe in our back office. If you have a few smaller things, we would be happy to store them for you in there.

    Do the rooms have AC? We’ve been to CO in the late summer and it gets warm during the days and the rooms are stuffy at night.
    Yes, all of our rooms have a/c units. We also just replaced them this winter, so they work great!

    Are the pool and hot tub open during the winter?
    Our hot tubs are open year round. However, our pool is outdoor and is only open seasonally, in the summer.
