We had hard great things about Miraval and we were not disappointed. Amazing service is my number one request and they were the best. The grounds were beautiful and there always different activities to try out. The food was healthy and delicious. My husband and I both felt

I am a repeat guest. I loved every moment of my Miraval trip. The food, drinks, the classes..the entire experience was so worth it. There is such a sense of wholeness and serenity when you are here...you cannot manufacture this. The staff were so kind and truly embraced the

What an incredible venue. We took a few days just to unwind and chose Miraval. The service and people are excellent. The spa was one of the best I have visited and the activities can’t be beat. The room was more than we expected. Food was excellent every day. Perfectly

Wonderful location to reconnect with friends or family (mom, sister?). Tranquil and georgeous setting, luxurious rooms and spa, meals were thoughtful and excellent variety. My second trip, certainly not my last!

I went thinking it was just a regular spa, but it was so much more. From the lectures that blew my mind to the ropes course challenges to the everyday serenity that bathed over me, I came back a slightly different person and I'm grateful for it.

I made the trip by my self on purpose as I wanted time to reflect, having just retired. The staff at Miraval made me feel very comfortable. They were friendly without being obtrusive. The other guest are also fun and frequently introduced themselves in the classes. I took my book to diner with me a couple of evenings but it is not really necessary as the dining experience is great. I hope this helps you and I hope you have a wonderful trip.

I did and it was awesome. You will be one of many solo travelers there. I had such an amazing experience and I actually think it was best for me to experience Miraval for the first time solo. I needed the time to process what I learned and experienced. If you like, you can reserve a seat at the communal dining table to meet new people. It’s up to you!

I have been to both and both would be fun for a girls trip. Canyon Ranch is a little more casual and bigger than Miraval. I preferred the spa at Miraval and the class sizes were smaller. Enjoy your trip.

I think you’re going at the wrong season to hike. I have done a good amount of both on and off property hiking at Miraval in December and on the off property hikes the exertion in that heat can be challenging even in winter. I personally wouldn’t do any of the canyon hikes in the summer. The guides told me in the summer the off property hikes leave even earlier than in the winter due to the heat (in winter they leave at 8am).

I just did an anti-aging facial and relaxing massage so I am not sure. Sorry

"Personally I think the lower-cost rooms are actually better than the higher-cost ones–they are smaller but much more conveniently located."
"Rooms near the lap pool may be disturbed by the aqua aerobics as they were loud."
"Beautiful mountain views in $$ 600's, many room's patio's are not private"
"Do not get the basic room - very small - the next level up is much better for not much more money"
"not applicable for this trip"
