We didn't pre-book and picked this place based on location as we were visiting PIMA the following day, I am glad I didn't have internet to check reviews as I am sure I would have stayed elsewhere and this was the most welcoming park of our 2 week road trip. This rv park was the worst experience I've had with rv parks. The outdated bathrooms are nasty and the drains are always clogging up. The TV was stolen out of the rec room. The truck stop next door is nasty. The homeless population seam to enjoy the free living as they have set up camp in the field next to...

Traveling from Texas to California we were exhausted and in need of sleep. We called this park around 11am with an expected arrival around 3pm. The machine explained they were out readying themselves for Labor Day festivities but would call right back! I waited, and waited and then..... We drove happily right by it. Thankfully they never called back, it...

I was glad I brought ear plugs not the quietest around a block away you have 2 interstate truck stops so motors running all night.Train track close bye and the street noise.The RV park itself needs some work pool heater was broke,wifi didn't work,and the dog walking area was not looked after{people didn't pick up after there pet}

The ratings on this property are probably optimistic. You understand this as jets take off from the Airbase to the north, The Air national Guard to the west and the trains nearby. Not to mention 2 truck stops Stayed there three day. The good news is that there is little pavement - mostly dirt. So no pavement to heat things...
