Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were here for 2 months (January-February). Comfortable, spacious sites with citrus fruit trees, concrete patios. There is a range of sites offering different amenities at higher prices than the one we chose, but we were very comfortable in our "basic" site. Plenty of room for our own dog pen. Activities offered daily. Putting greens, horse shoes, swimming pools. Tucson's famous "Loop" bike path just a couple blocks away. Secure, gated. Wifi is terrible. Cable TV ok. Great reception over antenna. Not cheap, but worth the $. Could use a remodel of the restrooms/showers but they are clean.

We came here for a Grand Design Rally and stayed extra days as there is a lot to do in Tuscon. Lots of amenities- big shaded dog park with fresh water, lemon and grapefruit trees, 24/7 trash pickup, restaurant on site (decent food), pickle ball, pool/hot tub, to name a few. Our site had a tree so had some shade. Sites are near each other but not overly close. We will definitely stay here again.

This is one of the nicest KOAs my wife and I have stayed in. We stayed one night on our way further west, but ended up booking a few more days on our way back through. We have stayed in other campgrounds in desert areas, and usually it's just gravel, heat and dust. This KOA has multiple sites covered by block-long canopies for shade. Although it has many sites, due to it being so nice you have to book far in advance.

The resort and staff are very good, but if you have to work and need decent Wi-Fi, don't come here. Gym is OK but usually has some out of order signs. Place is clean. Nice pools and very well maintained.

This is a huge KOA. Like nothing we have ever stayed in before. It has lots of activities for kids and all of the other amenities you would expect for a top notch camp ground. There is also a BBQ restaurant on site which is good but pricey. One word of caution is that if you are looking for a get back to nature camping trip, this isn't it. It's all asphalt

We stayed for a week while visiting the Tuscon area. It was a gorgeous resort. Very well thought out. Large pull throughs. Spaces 1448-1462 are covered by Solar Panels. VERY HIGH. No height restrictions on the RV. They had everything you need to never leave the campground. Store, pool, firepits, horseshoes, etc. a large fenced dog run, clean bathrooms, laundry, etc. If you have to stay in Arizona/Tuscon area in the summer, this is the place to do it. The covered RV spots are extremely nice in hot weather. The only downside to this KOA is it seems to be in a rougher part of town. Most of the time it was fairly quiet/moderate noise, but around 10-11 at night the cars with the loud soundsystems would drive up and down the road and you could definiteldy here that bass thumping. There is a high wall around the park, and there is a posted guard 24/7 - and he did check to make sure we were guests. We felt very safe and no qualms about leaving the RV to go explore.

The BBQ restaurant was outstanding. Grounds were keep up nice. Nice Tent area. Close to hiking locations in Saguaro and Mt Lemmon areas. Added touch were fruit trees surrounding the grounds, grapefruit every morning for breakfast. Heated pool and jacuzzi very nice. Reason for a 4 rating is that Attention and updating is needed in the rear restroom/showers.

We have stayed at this high end property on several occasions. We like the amenities and access to Tucson's extensive bicycle network. However, for the high price, it continues to amaze me that the internet service is so bad. When I asked the front desk, they blamed it on too many guests. Frankly, I don't know any business other than campgrounds that blames being busy with lots of customers as their excuse for lousy service. So, if you know the service is lousy, please stop advertising 'free wifi' available. Bathrooms were also dirty ... I expect more.

Nice, well laid out park, easy access sits that are quite large. The park is very well maintained and kept clean and tidy. Staff are pleasant and helpfull. The watch outs are - electric is extra, they make no mention in there booking, the confirmation or at check in, it is surprise to find you credit card charged for something that was not agreed to. - second watchout is WIFI, the service included is very slow, you can read emails but is a challenge to log in. You can subscribe to "high speed internet" for $30/month through Tengointernet, but the speed is the same as the basic service at 6mbps. The campground have a disclaimer that they are not responsible, Tengointernt similarly claim they do not control the speed as it is from a primary supplier. They cannot tell you you who it is so you are left to struggle. It is 2021 folks all sites should have high speed Internet. Final watchout is the noise from gunshots, helicopters and police sirens, the are beyond the sites control but you need to be aware, nonetheless we felt safe at the site
