We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are great and the location is beautiful. The real stand out is the staff, they were 1st rate. The only negative is the prices. Buffet breakfast $25 each - it's not much better than a $10 Bike rentals - your choice is $50 for 2 hours and $60 per day. In comparison... More

I always stay here for business, so the cost is never a concern. The common areas are so beautiful and well curated. The staff is great. The rooms and comfortable and updated. The food is great. I recommend taking a hike at the park across the street.

They have a fabulous outdoor patio where it is such fun to watch the sunset. You can have drinks or even eat out there. Watch out for bees (when I was there). At sunset at some times of the year they pass out tequila shots and have a ceremony. Nice rooms and I would go back again. Service was very... More

Wonderfully majestic setting with mountains surrounding the property! Great lazy river, swimming pool, golf, course, restaurants and I could go on and on. Seating areas with fire pits, large workout room, and Starbucks inside the lower lobby! And the rooms are spacious with great views, multiple TV's and a refrigerator! Impressively, every day at 530pm they share the story of... More

This was our fourth hotel in four nights as we traveled from Phoenix to Tombstone to Bisbee and then to Tucson. It was the perfect place to recharge and enjoy the Tucson desert, wildlife and unique desert plants. The resort is located in the western foothills with a view of Tucson. It is typical of all JW Marriott hotels with... More

This is a grand resort supreme. The location is magnificent. The public areas are also grand and sweeping. And -- they occasionally have good rates and the government rate is available to government employees. The rooms are nicely designed. It appears that if you get a reduced rate room, you will not have the grand view looking toward Tucson. There... More

Stayed here for a conference. Rooms were clean and the catering was adequate. Did not use facilities such as pool, gym or spa. I would stay here again in the future. Starbucks on site for morning coffee.

My husband and I stayed at the Starr Pass Resort & Spa November, 2016. It is a beautiful resort set among the mountains with spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The architecture captures the southwest feel and the staff was very professional, pleasant and service oriented. We went on the morning walk through the hills and the hotel guide was very... More

This was my second time here for a business trip. This is my favorite JW Marriott I have stayed at. Hotel is amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. On site restaurants are very good. They also have a Starbucks!

We appreciate and enjoy our times spent at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort and Spa. We especially want to mention Bethany Wedsworth, Service Supervisor. We found Bethany to be knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, helpful, and understanding. We can understand why JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass made Bethany a supervisor. She is the type of supervisor people would want... More
