This b and b is a real gem. Innkeepers are perfectly matched to providing everything their guests could need. Breakfast was outstanding, bordering on a work of art! Be sure to let the innkeepers know if you have any food restrictions, they accommodate beautifully. Excellent coffee too!

Thank you so much for staying with us. We hope you'll call The Liz home-away-from-home again soon! (btw... we have individually packaged fresh roasted coffee for sale. Do let us know if you'd like to take a pound home with you!)

I stayed here passing through Tucson with my dad. The house itself was beautiful. The innkeepers were welcoming and gave great recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was incredible from the roasted banana to the egg soufflé and potatoes! Highly recommend staying here! And the tiny shampoos and conditioners were aveda brand which, let's be real, is the best brand!

This was our fifth visit to The Liz and our first with the new innkeepers, Joseph and Greg. Once again, our stay was perfect. We loved the Ryan Patrick Suite. It was very comfortable and welcoming. Joseph and Greg were fabulous hosts and the food was magnificent. We will be back for visit number 6 soon.

Thank you so much for your kind words. As new innkeepers, we've enjoyed the challenge of the learning curve in keeping up with the high standards The Liz has maintained over the years. It is the greatest honor for us to receive a "Perfect" rating from our returning guests. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay in the Ryan Patrick...

Highly recommend! Delicious breakfasts, comfortable bed, charming rooms, beautiful pool, hot tub and gardens, convenient location close to great restaurants and welcoming hosts, Greg and Joseph. One of the nicest places we have stayed. We would definitely want to stay here again if we are ever in Tucson.

Chosen for four days of relaxation after travelling and hiking, we found the Royal easily and from the moment we arrived until departure nothing was too much trouble for Greg and Joseph. We felt truly at home and only wished we lived closer rather than in the UK so we could return soon. Personal touches, msuch as the breakfasts catering for...

Perfect location, beautifully appointed restored mansion. Queen size bed a little small and the mattress springs were hard, but a good foam topper can fix this! The private pool and spa are wonderful. Innkeepers were outstanding. Breakfast was elegant and tasty! Loved this B&B. A must try for anyone who loves B&B's!

This the third year we stayed in the Royal Elizabeth for our anniversary. It's in the middle of downtown Tucson but secluded behind vegetation and with a wonderful pool and spa. Greg and Joseph are the new proprietors and the great service and breakfasts didn't skip a beat. We highly recommend it (even in the middle of Tucson's summer!!)
