This home is fabulous, it still has the charm and history of the early Tucson elite. The managers, Joseph and Greg, are welcoming, inviting and knowledgeable of what is happening and what will be happening in the area. Our room was absolutely beautifully decorated, quiet and private. The breakfast was a true 'dining experience'. Walking distance to many restaurants and...

This was our second year at The Liz and we had new hosts. We didn't think that anybody could compare to our innkeepers from last year but we were so wrong! Gregory Flis and Joseph Jaworek are the definition of 'innkeeper' in every sense of the word! When they greet you upon entering and show you your room they make...

I've been staying at the Royal Elizabeth Bed and Breakfast Inn regularly for approximately six or seven years. I always enjoyed my stay - the accommodations are cozy, the breakfast is much more than regular breakfast fare, the environment is relaxing and welcoming - but things had slipped a little in the past couple years. Two weeks ago I spent...

Lovely historic home in downtown Tucson. Enjoyed the pool on a beautiful February day. Our hosts were awesome bringing us prickly pear margaritas pool side and cooking a scrumptious breakfast. Despite the location in downtown it was quiet except for the trains which pass through Tucson on a regular basis. Not sure why they have to blow their whistles so...

This is a really lovely place to stay in Tucson. It is home from home for me and Gregory and Joseph (the inn keepers) could not have been more helpful. All sorts of little touches make it a very special place now.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We are honored to earn the business of our returning guests. The Liz having had many years and people who have helped make this historic house a home away from home is most lovely when it's filled with old friends and new. Thank you, again. We look forward to seeing you next...

This is the second time I stay at the Royal Elizabeth during the February Tucson Gems and Minerals Show. The location is perfect for downtown if you don't have a car - excellent and safe neighborhood, plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and a nice short walk to the Convention Center. And if you do have a car, they...

Traveled for work and found a home away from home. My flight late night arrival was not a problem with the checking in. Every detail was taken care of, and the shared time with guests during breakfast was relaxing and enjoyable.

Genuine kindness from innkeepers, atmosphere warm and relaxed, lots of beautiful wood, very secure. Easy walking distance to St.Augustine's Cathedral, the historical first Temple Emmanu-El in Tucson on South Stone and the Shoah Museum (Holocaust) next door to the temple, Temple of Music and Art, numerous restaurants including international specialties.
