Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room and Facilities clean. Rooms were very quiet. If you are a family with kids, I noticed that the kids were having a good time. Did I mentioned that the staff was super friendly and helpful (something you don't really see in Tucson anymore).

This location is very scenic. The Fiesta Cafe restaurant is downstairs from the elegant lobby. Food is well prepared but service is slow and prices are too high. Golf friends and I were here for a Sunday breakfast. The extensive buffet was too much food for most of us. Fortunately, we were able to order from the menu. The buffet...

This is our second visit to the Omni in Tucson. We stayed in a casita this time and enjoyed the space and amenities (fresh coffee delivered to our door) of being a loyalty club member. We had a stove and large refrigerator for cooking in if we wanted plus a gas fireplace to keep the cool mornings cozy. Breakfast each...

Perhaps some rooms and suites have been updated and others not - however our room was the equivalent of a 2.5 -3 start hotel at best. I agree with other reviewers who have commented that the rooms are worn - from the carpet, to the bathroom sinks, to the tub - even most Super 8's we have stayed at have...

great stay, with great service - one of the bellmen in particular, Justin (I think) greeted me by name, and was incredibly aware of what I and my group needed. the food was delicious. there were small breakdowns in communications which really only stood out because of how great everything else was. Also, PERSONAL PREFERANCE, but I can't stand the...

I recently stayed at the Omni Tucson for my boyfriends 30th birthday celebration and everything was top notch. Our dinner at Bob's was phenomenal! The servers were well educated and the steak was melt in your mouth delicious. They had a birthday cupcake awaiting us in the room which was a special touch. The room was well decorated with gorgeous...

Not happy with the cleaning staff! they should not knock on the door early in the morning if the do not disturb sign is outside the door. Pleas instruct them to follow rules and respect privacy of guest.

Very pleasant high quality value full service hotel and great golf. Staff is very strong food is high quality amenities are complete and seem to cover every possible hotel type experience. I have returned here every winter for the last ten years or so and would recommend the hotel highly.

The January golfing was challenging, with fairways & greens in very good condition. The PGA tour used to be here. Fun to see signs like, "Arnold Palmer, 1967", "Tom Watson, 1978", "Johnny Miller, 1960, 1961, 1962". Hanging out in good company!

Excellent hotel resort. Rooms, food, service, surroundings are great. Pool is very nice. Two fine golf courses. Actually liked the non-championship course better. Superior morning walking opportunities. Have stayed here 4 times.
