We stayed when the hotel was at full capacity, but found the setting to be quiet and calm. This hotel is central to many things in Tucson and only 2 miles or so from UofA campus and conveniently close to Tucson experiences like the Rillito river park and Reid Park. The Lodge

Wow, this place is great. Not a fancy resort but more like the motor inn of your dreams. No one's going to offer to schlep your suitcases up the stairs but most of the people who worry about that sort of thing shouldn't. The room was beautiful. We had a deluxe one bedroom

Wonderful place to stay in Tucson. The rooms were charming- get the Casita with the gas fireplace! The grounds were immaculate. The free breakfast was excellent. Great heated pool and hot tub (even in February!). Every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Is pool heated fog stay 2/28
I do not believe it is heated. It was pretty chilly this past December when I stayed there and I put my toes in the water and it was pretty cold

Sorry, I've never used the pool at this property. I would suspect that it is, but best to check with the hotel itself to be sure.

We used the hot tub one afternoon but not the pool. We did note that the pool area was partly shaded. We were only on the patio that one time so can't really comment on how much sun it might get over the course of the day.

There are shaded areas around the pool, but the pool does get good sun. Can’t answer other question.
