Most importantly, the staff was wonderful. Attentive, professional, and nice. And the views from the north side of the building are spectacular. The rooms are clean, but they need an update (as of May 2017.) The bathroom lights in our first room didn't work, so we moved to another room. The staff did this fairly quickly, and were incredibly nice...

The Hilton East was a lovely surprise. Caring staff, comfortable room and good facilities. Having come in from a long drive and we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant and it was great! Delicious home made tomato and basil soup, spectacular Rib steak with perfectly cooked vegetables and a wonderful chocolate Grenache dessert. The service was superb. Breakfast was good...

We arrived and were properly greeted by the front desk. Ask about any possible upgrades and they were very helpful. (I am a diamond member, always ask). We did see the upcoming remodel and would say it will help. However it is in good shape and shows to be clean. The happy hour was very nice with finger food and...

Nice place. Neat, clean and the staff very friendly. This hotel have a really big pool and jacuzzi. Perfect to take a break , outside relaxation with a perfect mountain view. Strategic point to go to different places. I Always choose Hampton honor.

This hotel will be undergoing a major upgrade in July 2017. Even At that, we were quite satisfied with the room and amenities. The water was hot and the food was good. They also have a bar special every night. We will be back to see the "new" place!

Ugh...Evening shuttle to area restaurants, answering the phone at front desk, no bottled water in executive lounge, sewer gas smell coming from room drains. Good...Clean quiet rooms however dated and well worn, same with common areas, don't use fire exits to go between floors only opens to street, small bar with very limited drink selections Great... Staff is friendly, work...

Clean sheets, large room with work space, great towels, super service, but aging furniture, stained rugs, below average concierge reception, breakfast buffet average to good, rarely really fresh fruit. Generally noisy HVAC. New management may be making money but they lost me to Marriott. Sorry.

This place used to have an excellent buffet. I've been staying at another Hilton brand closer to where I work when in Tucson. The Hilton East was the only one with Government rates last week so we all stayed there. The breakfast was a HUGE disappointment. The wait staff was untrained, the eggs were yucky. I was very shocked how...

This was a terrible experience. I volunteered to make the reservations for my husband and I along with both sets of parents for my daughter's college graduation. I made it at the Hilton because I figured it would meet the expectations of the grandparents who can be picky. I am no longer allow to make the reservations next time. The...
