Large comfortable room, comfortable bed, lots of different types of pillows to choose from, bright open lobby. Pool is not for swimming (laps) given the "C" shape. Breakfast buffet has some nice choices. Good coffee, fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, hot eggs, sausages, potatoes, oatmeal. Easy in-and-out. 25 minutes or so to get to the east side Saguaro National Park...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 5 January 2017 via mobile

We fled to Tucson for a few days to escape the Chicago winter. We stayed with family, but called Hilton to ask about using the pool. We are HH members and we stay at Hilton hotels often, so we were not surprised when Pablo, the manager at the Tucson East, totally set us up! He offered us the opportunity to...

I reserved a king size bed.. walked into a 2 twin bedroom. Internet was slow, movie buffered every ten minutes. Toilet bowl was dirty. And they only dropped the price like 30 bucks. I had to pay for a room I did not ask for.

The Hilton East was a lovely surprise. Caring staff, comfortable room and good facilities. Having come in from a long drive and we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant and it was great! Delicious home made tomato and basil soup, spectacular Rib steak with perfectly cooked vegetables and a wonderful chocolate Grenache dessert. The service was superb. Breakfast was good...

Have only stayed here twice, but both times were great experiences. The rooms are very clean and very quiet. The front desk staff is so helpful and made our visit comfortable. I have stayed in most of the Hiltons in Tucson, but this by far is the best. The location is great, near many restaurants and shopping centers including the...

Cons Seemed old and dated Overpriced for the room. I've stayed at nicer places for less. Many of the individual half and halfs for the coffee were expired (in room) Noisy guests in hall / neighboring rooms often woke me up. I got a soda at the restaurant and when I tried it (as soon as I was in my...

Poor quality in this hotel. Food poor to disgusting. Service of rooms was poor. Hotel staff was very friendly but doesn't make up the rest of the issues. If going to use the complementary breakfast on a business trip, skip the eggs.

Here for three days and the hotel presents itself as more contemporary from the outside than what really is on the inside. Nice architecture and decent layout. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room is good size and bed is comfortable but that's where the challenges for a businessman begin. Furniture and ambiance is stuck in the 80's. Outlets: not...
