Excellent location very convenient. Staff are freindly and helpful. No free parking. Room are clean and very comfortable. I was there for business at UoA. I like the hotel and will be my destination in Tucson.

Great location and lobby. No continental bfast was disappointing when the price of the room was higher than most others and having to pay for parking as well. Also finding glass in carpet of room made us concerned for our small children.More

Thank you for your comments. Ownership plans to renovate the hotel in 2018 which will address the concerns you mentioned.

The customer service, friendly and helpful staff, concierge floor amenities, fitness facilities and overall property were really excellent. The only complaint I have is the quality of the king size mattress. It was uncomfortable.

So sad to see Marriott leave this property in Tucson!! Was not a good visit/stay this time and I’ve enjoyed this property for years. The owners need to get involved in some training of front desk check in staff, dress code, elevator was dirty, jerky...More
