The Military Crashpad at Terra Bonita, Albuquerque was a great place to stay. It is a great deal for both parties. The tenants get a fully furnished house with cleaning service. The house was in a nice gated community, so you didn't have to worry about the rumored crime of ABQ. Further the house is only 15 minutes from base, so the commute is really convienient. If you are into pickleball, there are 20 courts a 5 min walk away. Had a great time playing there after work most days. Highly recommend, and give them 5 stars!

I would recommend for TDYs. The staff is responsive and friendly (24/7 available). Maintenance always available along with any other needs. I stayed for 6 months, no major complains that they did not fix.

Military Crashpad service person e were fantastic and very responsive, however the house accommodation I was assigned was not at all what I expected. It was so tiny...had to switch rooms because the first one wouldn’t fit a pack n play and both options were so cramped, you couldn’t open the dresser without hitting the end of the bed. The rest of the house was fine...smelled a bit like cat pee but that’s what happens when you allow pets.

Nice houses, comfy beds, helpful staff. The staff who helped me book were very helpful and patiently tolerated date changes before and during the TDY. The local staff member was also very nice. The house was very well kept.

The Candace house is a very nice property located on a quiet street in a desirable neighborhood. There’s ample parking space for 3 cars in the garage/driveway and more in the cul-de-sac. The house is only a few years old and is very nicely appointed. Rooms are comfortable, though not exactly equitable in terms of space and having a private bathroom. There was at most one other person in the house while I was there so we had lots of space in the kitchen and other shared space. The house would be much more crowded with all 5 bedrooms occupied but I’m sure the likelihood of that is low. I would highly recommend the Candace house to anyone going TDY to Altus for any length of time.
