I did a recent 2 night stay for business. The service from the front desk to all employees was fantastic. The hotel grounds are very nice but hotel itself is getting a little dated for a 5 star resort but rooms are still very nice and large and service makes up for it. Very similar to Hyatt Lost Pines. My wife and I had a great romantic weekend at the hill country resort. The resort was clean and beautiful. The spa was amazing and tranquil. The staff was super friendly. The food was excellent. Will definitely repeat.

A truly special place and why I like staying at Hyatt resorts. They have a great formula and stick to it because it works. Manicured grounds, wonderful architecture that presents Texas in a refined elegant way. Staff are typical of Hyatt worldwide. Well trained, helpful without being annoying. Enjoyed 4 days of relaxation. OK, a few niggles, but they're small....

Spent last weekend at the Hyatt Hill Country and it was great. East to get to, rooms were clean, nice and quite. Had the ability to get a run in with my dog on the nature trail each morning. Outstanding trip.

We were here four days. Exceptionally nice property with a professional and friendly staff in all areas of the operation. Definitely would stay here again. The property is well maintained throughout. We enjoyed the duck feeding each morning.
