Had one of their hamburgers and it was one of the best that I had at a hotel. If ever staying here and need a quick dinner, you can't go wrong with ordering one of these. It is a really nice hotel and the rooms look to be upgraded as well. Great environment if on business.

when i arrive on 7/13 and went up to my room i found several bugs in the bathroom. So i went back down to the front desk where i reported the problem and they gave me another room. I will not stay at this hotel again. thank you

Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was really good and hot every day with varying options. The hotel has been renovated but needs more attention to the details.Lobby is nice, welcoming and well-lit. Hallways on floors 2 thru 5 arent that well-little at all. Overall experience with Double Tree was excellent. From the front desk staff to security outside. Great location not to far from Sea World and The Riverwalk.No issues what so ever would stay here again on our next vacation to San Antonio.

Stayed one night, have wall thermostat and one little vent by window to cool the whole room down. Room never cooled down enough, the a/c worked, just need another vent or window ac unit. Not up to par for a Hilton

I frequently stay at Hilton properties and frequently utilize their business centers to print out documents from my flash drive that are important to my business meetings. During my stay at this particular Doubletree, they had blocked the computers from allowing use of a flash drive. When I inquired at the front desk, the young lady checked with her manager...

Room temperature was hot and humid during the entire stay. The staff is very helpful and did what they could- sent up a fan- but rooms were still not very comfortable temperature wise. The engineer came up and mentioned that the filter was dirty and that the cooler was not cooling as it should.

Even though there were some glitches with my stay, overall it was a really good experience. The quality of the room and the service were worth the price paid. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I woke up to roaches in my room. I was disgusted. Staff handled my situation well but didn't remove the thought of what may of happened during my sleep. The next day all I thought about was stuff crawling on me
