Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

First off, IMHO, if Casa Cuma was doing business ONLY as a spot for breakfast, they would have a huge following... absolutely delicious in every aspect! We loved that Shaan and Eliza switched up savory with sweet on alternate days. Stuffed French Toast with an orange reduction syrup? Yes, please. Out-of-this-world breakfast quesadillas? Oh, sure, I have room for another slice. Amazing pancakes with berries? So satisfying. Hot coffee and fresh sliced fruit and juice accompanied each entree. That said, our three days/nights spent there were heavenly, because of the lovely and comfortable accommodations AND the amazing breakfasts Shaan and Eliza whipped up. Even better was meeting fellow lodgers who have been to Casa Cuma more times than they can count... to me, that says it all.

My wife really enjoyed a 2 night stay as Casa Cuma. Our room was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, amenities, and a lot of local touches. Perfectly clean and an easy walk to the Old Square for museums, galleries, shops, and lots of restaurants. Communication was outstanding, including lots of ideas and tips for exploring the area, and of course the breakfasts were excellent. We would be happy to stay here again if we ever find our way back to Sante Fe

We stayed 4 nights in October in the Corazon room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom fine for 1 person at a time. We cracked windows at night and found it quiet for sleep (I'm a light sleeper). We loved having a door code so we didn't need to fuss with a key. Shaan & Colleen are generous, friendly hosts. The museum pass is a wonderful perk and so is access to the breakfast room any time of day. We were seated 8 around a single table for breakfast inside; there was lovely outdoor seating but it's now too chilly for that. As others mentioned, the food was delicious and very ample. We parked the car in their available parking and walked to everything in the Plaza area. If you have specific restaurants in mind, make reservations ahead of time; many are small and very popular. Our favorites were The Shed, Cafe Pascual and Sazon. We also found Santarepa Cafe for lunch, close to the O'Keefe Museum; lovely owners and it was fun to try their tasty Venezuelan food. We would definitely stay at Casa Cuma again.

Our weekend at Casa Cuma was amazing. Within reasonable walking distance of the plaza. The breakfast both days was exceptional and gourmet...the service was even better. Shaan and Colleen are wonderful hosts. We plan to return as often as possible and stay here when we can.

This is a wonderful B&B. Within an easy walk to everything (restaurants, shopping, museums). Easy walk to the Plaza. Colleen and Shaan are welcoming, friendly people. The setting is peaceful with breakfast each day in the garden. Colleen fixes a fabulous breakfast daily. She should publish a cookbook. All around this was a wonderful experience. I would not have changed a thing.

We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights at this lovely B&B. Delicious breakfasts which can accommodate vegetarians were very special. Our room was spacious and clean. Quiet area a few blocks from town. Wish we had more time!

Santa Fe Indian Market is a hectic time to visit SF. Thankfully we could have the serenity of Casa Cuma to relax between all the happenings. This is our 4th stay at CC which continues to exceed our expectations every time. Delicious breakfasts, gracious hosts, lovely rooms and close access to downtown. The b&b also seems to attract interesting, friendly guests. Thank you, Shawn Jr, and Noel for making us very happy.

Casa Cuma is a beautiful little B&B on a quiet street, but close to the square. Lovely garden area where we had breakfast under a soaring Douglas fir tree. The room was comfortable with fluffy towels. The food was fabulous! Shaan and Colleen were the perfect hosts!

Reading the other reviews not sure I have anything new to add, just to endorse the Casa Cuma experience. The walk to the Plaza was about 12 minutes, the beds are very comfortable, plenty of nice towels, breakfast was awesome and Shaan was terrific. Understand this is a B and B and not a luxury hotel and you should appreciate your time here. Special kudos on the AC remote. First time I think I have run in to one of those and it was very appreciated. Shaan, if you see this, the map I left in the lobby is one I would think guests might find very useful. Thanks for your very gracious hospitality!!

My wife and I stayed here in early September for the Fiestas and Zozobra. We appreciated the tasty morning breakfasts, and the friendly, easy-going proprietors. It really is a gem—set on a quiet street within easy walking distance to the plaza. The Casa also boasts a quiet outdoor patio, perfect for post-festivity relaxation.
