A small lodge with several different sized rooms. The owner/manager bends over backwards to make you feel welcome and to accommodate your needs. Within easy walking distance to downtown Santa Fe. Close by are shops, galleries, and restaurants.

We stayed here for the 2nd time this past weekend. Our first visit was last year in October. Both trips we had a group. This year there we booked 3 rooms and last year 2 rooms. When we booked last year it was because every other hotel was booked. We found this place at the last minute and were happy... More

Small hotel conveniently located. Walking distance to the Plaza. Delightful room, well appointed. It faced the street but didn't really notice street noise. Refrigerator, coffee, and snacks. Very helpful responsive staff.

Nice clean convenient casita! Room was clean and place was nice and quiet. Easy location to get too and from the Plaza. The only folks I saw on property were cleaning staff. Parking was excellent next to room.

I guess I was a little surprised by a few things... strong musty smell when we walked in, dim lighting throughout, doors that didn't really close, pretty tight bedroom with no place to unpack clothes, road noise if the windows were open (it's literally two feet from a pretty busy road). The mattress wasn't uncomfortable, but there was a huge... More

Dear valued guest, Thank you for your feedback. It is greatly appreciated. We are always disappointed when we do not meet or exceed expectations. But, we see your feedback as an opportunity to improve our accommodations and services. We want to point out that most light switches are on dimmers that can be adjusted up to very bright light. As previous residents of Santa Fe we were excited to return to where our children were born and we lived for a dozen years. Our planning was last minute so many traditional options were not available. Location was a high priority. Tres Luna's location on the east side was perfect. The courtyard of this inn was sweet with numerous areas... More

Dear valued guest, Thank you for the review. You are right! We checked the description on our website and found that it did indeed say king bed. We have updated it to say queen bed. We will look into hiding some of the cords. Finally, we want to say work we hard to provide value and are constantly adapting to... More

Enjoyed our stay here. Feel of an Air bnb. Never met the staff. Room was ready when we arrived late evening, with key on counter as we discussed prior to arrival. No daily maid service. Stocked compact refrigerator, but they did not refill. Stayed for 4 nights, but amenities for 1-2 nights. Great location, easy walk to plaza. Very quiet,... More

Dear Harold, Thank you for the review. We appreciate it. Let me explain our cleaning schedule. For reservations of three days or more, housekeeping does a refresh every other day beginning on the third day. This refresh includes replacing the towels, making the bed, straightening up, emptying the trash and washing the dishes. Housekeeping changes the sheets on reservations of... More

We were able to get a reservation within 2 days of arrival. The website described the rooms as being on a courtyard. We got the last room (room 1, rising moon) and drove up to find it with No adjacent courtyard/ just the gravel parking area. We had no recourse - it was prepaid. The positive note is it is... More

Dear valued guests, Thank you for your review. We value your feedback. Indeed, Suite 1, Rising Moon is not located on the courtyard. Great location near plaza. Around the corner from Chez Mamou, which has the best French onion soup ever! Comfortable bed. Some nice cozy touches. Some housekeeping details need attention. To get a 5, they need a checklist for housekeeping that literally gets checked each time. Eg, is the coffee pot clean? What's the expiration date on milk in frig? Etc.... More

Dear valued guests, Thank you for your review. We value your feedback. Yes, we remember the AC issue. Sorry about that. Thanks for reminding us. We will notify our maintenance person. It's probably a clogged condensate drain line. Best, Matthew Inn Keeper at Casa de Tres Lunas More
