We loved everything. The cozy room, the wonderful breakfast, the friendly staff and the location to historic downtown. And the welcome baggie for the dogs was a nice touch. Make sure to have an omelette for breakfast.

Great overall experience! We loved the staff. The breakfast was over the top great for being complementary! I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Santa Fe. Only two short blocks to the square, but awesome privacy!

It was hard to leave the cozy fireside, but the Plaza was so close to walk to. Just bundle up and do it. You're near several restaurants at a range of price points, in case you don't want to use your in-room cooking facilities.

Just a WOW experience from check in to check out. Top notch people, service, lodging and food. Would recommend to anyone. Best breakfast that we have ever experienced at a hotel. Rooms with a wood burning fireplace and cozy and comfortable. Easy walk to the plaza.

The room was quite cozy, and during the winter, the gas fireplace was very welcome. It's a short walk from the hotel to historic downtown, and the hotel supplies a shuttle to save you the expense and hassle of parking. The included coffee bar and the breakfast are the best we've ever had at a hotel. We had a really...

Our room was charming and unique - to include a walk-in shower, king size bed and wood burning fireplace. All made our stay memorable. Location is good and within walking distance to...

I adore this charming hotel right by the Plaza. Each time I have stayed longer than I planned as I did not want to leave. The abundant delicious breakfast, all day long specialty coffees and warm cookies, amazing sheets, and delightfully decorated casitas with wood-burning fireplaces and ever replenishing stacked wood make this my favorite hotel anywhere. The staff is...

Great casitas. The breakfast is amazing with eggs and waffels made to order. Wonderul fireplace with wood provided. We had a patio for our little service dog. The personnel is welcoming and great. The casita are an easy walk to the old square in Santa Fe.

Great experience with a great location. Hospitality from some employees is the best. We are anxious to what additions are planned for expansion. Some of the beds might need to be replaced. (minor point)
