No glasses even on request, just paper cups. I understand this is America, but no single glass in the entire hotel?! Seems bit too much. No smile from the staff - Hindu family which runs the hotel. Wi fi works in the reception only. Breakfast is poor, just pancakes are good. Location is good for exploring Sequoia national park. Didnt't...

Pulled into the hotel and saw that the pool was green and the spa was broken. The staff and owners are unfriendly and could care if you stayed here or not!! They are sucking the place dry!! I paid for a room with a view, don't bother. Even the Motel 6 has standards! The breakfast is a joke, try the...

The property is good with a park for the kids and swimming pool. The room was decent with 2 queen beds. I liked the small sink in the room. BUT the carpet was very dirty. Also the TV did not have any cartoon channel for the kids. There were many tiny insects on the floor (I don't know the names)....

During our travel, we stayed one night in this hotel and we weren't satisfied of our stay. It's old and we found some ants in the bathroom sink. We asked to change our room and they accepted. Unfortunately, we kept some food in our room after the dinner and the next morning, we found a new time many ants... The...

The price was reasonable at $76 for a single queen room with microwave and fridge. The girl checking us in had no idea what she was doing so the manager/owner came out and did it for her. The door to our room was wide open when we found it and some guy was painting the railing outside right there but...

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in the middle of the Squoias this is not it. It is however a very budget friendly accommodation very close to the park and a great place to set up a base when going hiking in the national park. The room was large and was clean, a bit out dated and...

This place is disgusting!!! Cobwebs all over the room, Dirty worn out rugs, toilet doesn't flush and seat looks like it was installed when the "lodge" was built. It's one of the few places where you feel dirtier when you get out of the shower. Don't be fooled by their pictures online like we were. I'd rather sleep in my...

Not what you would call a 'nice' place to stay. The grounds are nice, but the room and breakfast really are quite bad. We could cope with it - very old and tired. Recognised that it's a great base for Sequoia and bearable for a few nights given the wonder of the days.

Fairly basic budget hotel as base for Sequoia. Comfortable and clean family room with a/c. Swimming pool was good after long ride. Some nearby decent restaurants. Reception was abrupt and breakfast was missable, it looked like a grill for everyone. Drive to the park and stop at the shop near the entrance.

The Lodge looked nice on the internet, free Wifi and close to Sequoia National Park; however, it was a disappointment. Wifi is only available sitting outside by the pool sharing with mosquitoes. They do not tell you this when booking, nor during check-in, there are no Handicapped/disabled parking. Only a reserved parking space for manager right at the front. Rest...
