We enjoyed three nights! The hosts provided great tips from where to eat dinner to hiking trails in Shenandoah. The hot tub was awesome and a great way to relax after a long day of hiking. Our room was immaculate and nicely updated. It was really nice to have a mini-refrigerator to share with fellow guests as well as a...

We had a lovely experience at the Mayneview while exploring the skyline drive area. The owners were onsite and extremely helpful and friendly. The home is clean, beautiful, and the hot tub and view are breathtaking. Breakfasts were delicious and hearty. Will be back!

The house is incredible. I am an obstacle course racing enthusiast. I regularly train in the mountains in the summer and fall. I spoil myself by staying in B&B's. This place is one of my favorites, I will definitely be back. I look forward to my next trip. Its a fairly pleasant walk over to the caverns.

Mayneview's hosts, Greg and Bryce are very kind and friendly. The house is in great shape and very clean. Breakfast was outstanding. We stayed in the Edwards Suite, which is a great option for a couple traveling with one or two older kids. There is a futon that folds out into a bed and a nice little sitting area where...

The house is very nice. The hardwood floors on the first floor are amazing! My wife, son (8yrs) and I stayed in the 3rd floor Edwards Suite. The suite was large and inviting. The bath has a shower and jacuzzi tub. My son loved the tub. He used it both nights of our stay. He also loved the wifi. Overall...

My boyfriend and I just had a great night staying at MayneView. The owners were extremely courteous, helpful, and extremely accommodating. They appreciated any recommendations for improvements, which is uncommon that people really want true opinions. We had no recommendations for improvement as everything was wonderful!

Spontaneous trip with family of 12 (7 adults + 3 toddlers + 2 infants) - we literally called the night before and they accommodated us with open arms. Can't beat that! The house and property are absolutely beautiful!!! I mean, the views were absolutely stunning - suggest waking up to see sunrise (in awe). Overall hospitality was top notch and...

Sweet, charming B&B near Shenandoah. We didn't stay for breakfast the next morning, so I can't comment on that. My partner had a difference perception though- she felt that the old-feel of the building was eerie. I think it was a sweet little place. There was no one to greet us or on staff when we arrived on a Saturday...

These guests stayed in November 2015 according to their review. We did not take over ownership until the beginning of 2016. The review does not reflect the new ownership or renovation that has taken place since their stay. We encourage all previous guests to stay with us now that we have renovated. I'm sure they will enjoy the visit! Trip...

I was in town for the Luray Triathlon and therefore only needed to stay one night. I was not expecting to find such a gem of a place. Most importantly, the room was excellent, it was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Keureg coffee machine and a fridge just outside the room in the hall and the AC was...
