No surprises: spacious, clean, and good value for money. We were just transiting through overnight, and this turned out to be a good choice. The only serious frustration was not being able to get wireless in our room—perhaps just a blip in the system, but a drawback for us.

Stayed in a king bed room in this hotel. Room was very large with plenty of room for suitcases. Bed was very comfortable and the heating system was great because in got down to 24 degrees outside. The bathroom is large with a sink with a large counter outside of the toilet/shower room. Soap and shampoo were provided. There was...

Wanted to visit the Grand Canyon whilst travelling Route 66 over the summer. As we had booked the entire trip, most of the hotels close to the Canyon were fully booked. The Budget Inn was recommended in one of our guide books - we stayed for 2 nights and were not disappointed! The room was clean, comfortable and included free...

Clean room and firm bed for an overnight stay. If you're exhausted or a heavy sleeper, the traffic and motel noises will fade away. Good quick and casual dining options within short walking distance. It's a no-frills budget place, but one of the tidiest and safest I've stayed at in my solo travels as a woman.

It's not directly off the highway, but on a busy street. We stayed upstairs on the Milton Road side. I suggest you asked for a room away from the busy street. Walking distance to many restaurants and Walgreens. Avoid Galaxy diner behind the motel. Not worth it. No type of breakfast offered. Dunkin' Donuts is within walking distance. The room...

Our typical place to stay was booked, so we chose the Budget Inn. It was walking distance to Target, which was nice. Also found a good breakfast restaurant within walking distance, as well as a Thai place for dinner. The place was quiet and clean. If needed, we'd stay there again.

I might've passed this place by, except for the reviews that I saw on trip advisor. I am very glad we booked here. The room is older, simple, but adequate and clean. It has a small microwave, in room refrigerator, flatscreen TV with remote, telephone, hairdryer. The bathroom is small but adequate. The room was reasonably appointed. Raj at the...

I admit I was swayed by the reasonable and mostly positive reviews that I read before booking this property. My mistake - this place is old, tired, and smelly. There is no breakfast or any other type of amenity I could see, and the WIFI was achingly slow - and there was no password required - makes one nervous about...

We have stayed at several hotels in Flagstaff over the years, from budget style to higher cost and more amenities. This hotel, even being the budget style, is definitely well worth the money and more. If you are looking just for a place to sleep, this is the ideal hotel. It was very clean, smelled nice, was quiet even though...

Stayed here a few times. Basic but great prices and always clean. The staff even remembers you a month later. Only stayed on the 2nd floor which is always quiet and always had a very restful stay. Definitely recommend.
