Just got home from 2 nights at the England House. As so many have said, Richard greeted us as we entered the driveway and gave us a tour of the house. There were complimentary soft drinks, beer and wine as well as tea and coffee. The house is beautifully decorated with attention to comfort while giving you the experience of...

This is our 2nd stay here & we enjoy every aspect. Beautifully restored to the vintage charm the architecture of this historic home deserves. Laurel has exquisite taste in decor. From the lavish bedding to the delicious breakfast, not an aspect of your stay is overlooked. Richard makes you feel right at home with the welcome glass of wine and...

Richard and his wife are caring curators who greet you with a 'welcome home'. The house has a very nice theme with timeless fixtures. With such nice surroundings and a stones throw away from downtown and the observatory why would you not stay here. Never crowded and always nice; this is why we come back to here

We were on our way home to San Diego from Kansas and stopped for one night at the England House. We have stayed here before and were pleased to settle in for a restful night after a long day traveling. This B&B is an easy walk from old downtown Flagstaff so you can park your car if you wish. The...

We found ourselves planning our trip around a stay in Flagstaff to enjoy an evening at The England House. Everything exactly as we remembered it from previous trips. We were very tired from traveling. Richard & Laurel immediately began to spoil us, calling to make sure restaurants were open as they prepared our room. We found live Delta Blues Music...

We were back up in Flagstaff from Phoenix for a birthday celebration this past week and stayed at England House. We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing furnishings and history of the house, the comfort of our room, the great breakfast, the suggestions for what to do around town and the banter about guitars. The house is in a great location to...

For my first B&B experience ever, I was blessed. For our first stop on our journey cross country from California to South Carolina, we had to see the Grand Canyon. Choosing to stay in Flagstaff, specifically at England House was the best choice we could have made. The owners were so helpful for restaurant tips and even secret spots in...

A really warm welcome from Richard and Laurel with loads of hints and tips on what to do and see whilst in Flagstaff. England house is a lovely B&B, one of the nicest we have stayed in; its location is great for walking around the Historic part of Flagstaff, and eating out in the evenings without using the car. Staying...

I have to agree with Nick. This is quite simply the nicest B&B I have ever stayed at. The hosts Richard and Laurel are warm and lovely people. The property is perfectly located, close enough to downtown to walk, far enough to let you enjoy the quiet of the mountains. The attention to every detail is astounding. The decor is...

Every year we choose a location as a memorial to my dad's passing - a way to remember him and celebrate the wonderful person he was (and still is in our hearts). We always choose a northern Arizona location, but this was our first overnight visit to Flagstaff. Since Bed and Breakfast locations are a bit more personal than hotels,...
