Had a fantastic stay. Great breakfast cooked by Chris. He is a fantastic host. Stop staying at a chain hotel and do yourself a favor. Check out this B&B. The location was perfect for my activities and local nearby restaurants. The room was large and comfortable. This would be perfect for a romantic getaway or long weekend.

This is our second visit to the Parkside House. We absolutely love this Inn and for good reason. The house itself is beautiful. The neighborhood is convenient to all. Chris, our host, is delightful. He prepares a gourmet breakfast that you cannot get in any restaurant. He even has coffee ready much earlier for the early birds. I truly want...

When my Husband and I travel we love to find a home away from home and The Parkside House was exactly what we had hoped for. Charming, quiet, exceptionally clean and the food prepared by our host and proprietor, Chris was outstanding! We so enjoyed our breakfast conversations with him and his ability to make us feel welcome at his...

A vintage residence near the lovely Delaware Park and near the Martin House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Proprietor Chris is very welcoming and makes an excellent breakfast. Rooms are large, clean and welcoming. We would highly recommend.

I stayed with my fiance and the room was clean and very comfortable. The owner is great and made a delicious breakfast for us. I would recommend staying here to anyone I know and I do plan on returning. 5 stars all the way.

We chose this B & B because it is close to our daughter's new apartment. We used to stay at an inn closer to Elmwood and were sad not to return. This sadness did not last long because we were simply thrilled with everything about our new "go to" in Buffalo. We were greeted by Bonnie who was filling in...

We could not have asked for a better experience at The Parkside House. The elegant home is situated in a lovely historic neighborhood within an easy walk of Frank Lloyd Wright's Darwin Martin Complex, and the Buffalo Zoo. In addition to being a warm and gracious host, Chris is a very accomplished cook. All four of the breakfasts we were...

I came with two friends while visiting another friend who was being treated at Roswell Cancer Center. The stay at Parkside House was perfect and a delightful and rejuvenating retreat! Everything Chris did was perfection itself --the beautiful and comfortable rooms, the quiet and peaceful house, the scrumptious breakfast! Thank you!!!
