We don’t stay in a lot of hotels (prefer renting condos), but the location of this hotel couldn’t beat anything we could find. Buffalo is not a super walkable city, but if you want to walk and be close to restaurants, this is a great location. Service was great, the room was

I had an amazing stay recently at the Hyatt. The staff was lovely when i checked in and very helpful. The food at the hotel bar/ restaurant was absolutley delicious and decently priced. The hotel also had great amenities like a beautiful pool that looked out above the city,

We went with friends for a mini holiday and to go see a hockey game at the Key Bank Center. The fact that we were able to take a “train” right out of the front door of the hotel to the Key Bank Center for free was great The hotel was a lot busier this time with people stay

Did not like the how hard the beds were. The rooms were not as expected. I even ended up getting cold due to the dust on the mattress. Would ask anybody with dust allergy to stay away from this property.

Great location.. Parking was easy.. Nice variety of food and beverages available right inside the hotel. Check in was very easy. Seemed busy, but didn't feel busy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hi I noticed there are train tracks behind this hotel any issues?
Hi!! The train is very quiet as it is for a local rail and not for normal trains that make lots of noise. It is free and runs up and down Buffalo for guests and locals to easily get around the city. It does stop running around Midnight so you will be able to peacefully sleep :)

There is not a free shuttle service. Uber or Lyft is the way to go! On the Hyatt Buffalo website is the following for their shuttle: Shuttle Service To / From Buffalo Niagara International Airport: ITA Shuttle Service - Contact: ITA Shuttle - 716-633-8294 (Phone is answered "Airport Taxi.") Cost: $21.00 one-way or $42.00 round trip. The Niagara Frontier Transit Authority (NFTA) also runs an Airport-Downtown Express Shuttle. This shuttle runs non-stop service between the airport and Buffalo's central business district, making its first stop in front of the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. One-way fare (in most cases) is $2.50. Service runs weekdays, approximately every 30 minutes, during peak drive time.

Hi there! We do not have laundry on site other than dry cleaning. There are three laundromats very close by that have very good ratings if you would like to check them out. They are: 1. Bryant Street Laundry (1.9 miles) 2. Laundry Time (1.2 miles) 3. Niagara Coin Laundry (1.3 miles) Hope this helps! :)

Does this hotel provide places to park? Is it included in the room rate?
We offer valet parking which is $25 a night. This will allow you to take your car in and out as much as you would like. There is self parking in the lot across the street (which is uncovered) and can vary in price depending on the events in Buffalo and how full they are. You can not take your car in and out of this lot. There is also the covered ramp adjacent to the hotel which costs $7.50 daily or $14 if you stay in it overnight, but you can not take your car in and out. The other option is street parking. There are meters lined along the streets and are max 2 hours. You can download the Buffalo Roam app and monitor your car and continue paying for your meter on this. It is $1.10 for an hour or $2.10 for two hours. Meters become free between 5pm-8am Monday-Friday and are free on the weekends. Hope this helps everyone! :)
