With the boat show in town, we were so glad we had made our reservation here. There was on site parking and it was an easy walk to town and the harbor and to the visitor center. The ladies who run this place are exceptional and did so much to make our visit great. And, my goodness, the wonderful breakfasts...

All rooms must be different - classic B&B - but our room on the first floor was way too tiny for 2 people and there is no sink in the bathroom - it is around the corner in the bedroom past a crowded corner in a small nook - so we had to wash our hands in the bathtub after...

Stayed here on the first leg of our trip up the east coast. It was early October. Rooms were cute, and clean. Location was wonderful! Walking distance to everything. Owners were informative and very pleasant. I will definetly come back!

I am long overdue for writing this review due to a move. I stayed here in August when I was in town for my sister's wedding. I don't know if I can say enough nice things about the Inn, the owners, and my stay. I was traveling on my own and was looking for an affordable location where I could...

This in is in a very convenient location close to town and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. It's very cute and quaint. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. But the best part is the hotel is pet friendly! Our fur babies appreciate it.

I live a few towns over and this is where I send my friends when they are visiting Newport! Located in the up and coming section of Newport, it is only a 2 minute walk to some of the trendiest and most popular restaurants in town, including Mission Burger, Empire Tea, Scratch Kitchen, Salvation Cafe and many others. Shopping, Newport...

Great location on a quiet street. Minutes of a walk from the center of town. Friendly family that runs it, very relaxed. Free breakfast from 8 to 10, offering fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, bagels and toast. Rooms are a good size but lack central air conditioning, however have ceiling mounted units. The televisions are straight from the 90s,...

Bright blue, charming and easy to find, good location. we were in room 3, with a full bed and twin, nicely appointed, with full bath. easy walking to local shops and restaurants, free parking (sweet!) so you can park, walk and enjoy the local area. Serena, the owner, is great, as is her daughter, Alexis. Breakfast is continental with fresh...

I looked at TripAdviser reviews for Newport, R.I and reviews were pretty good, photos looked good. On December 29 I called what I thought was the Henry Collins to book. I did not realize the number belonged to an outside booking company in the Phillippines. I booked 3 nights of May 25, 26, 27 and paid with my credit card....

I am sorry that this was not the experience that you anticipated. We have had many happy guests at our inn and have never misrepresented ourselves in any way to make them feel so. We describe ourselves as an urban inn. What this means is that we are in the middle of Newport RI, a small New England city. It...
