It had been two years since my wife and I stayed here. Overall weblike it. The location is super central with lots of great places (including dining but not only) within walking distance. We totally enjoy the location. The building too is very nice. Pretty much waterfront, it is an old 100+ year old original mill building with very high...

Loved the suite! Wish we could have stayed longer. Very roomy and updated, clean, comfortable. Would stay there again. Only downside: our bedroom window faced the street and there was a very loud crowd standing right below on the street that kept us awake past midnight

Good location. Parking is tight but closed to public, that's huge in Newport. Room was absolutely spotless, well appointed and very spacious. Staff was courteous and helpful. The front desk even called a few hours after we arrived to make sure the room met with our approval. That was impressive.

We booked this hotel room for the weekend. The price was very reasonable for the location. It is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the harbor. The two bedroom suite was very clean but needs some updating. I think that its a beautiful building but the kitchen and décor in the room needs to be updated a bit. Still...

We were able to walk most places from this hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. There's a store downstairs where you can buy breakfast or lunch. It is very close to the harbor and water taxi. The one suggestion I could make is to bring earplugs if you go to bed early. The night life is close...

Picked a great week to be in Newport...restaurant week. NBC is in a great location with walking assessibility to all of downtown Newport. Desk staff was very helpful. Room was clean and well kept. Only drawback was sporadic internet assess.

Have stayed at many of the time share resorts in Newport. This property was very disappointing. The Pro's-great location, well maintained building and clean well appointed rooms. Con's start with your arrival. No place to safely park to unload your vehicle. We had to park in the street/alley shared with construction trucks and other vehicles-very unsafe. It could have been...

We loved the charm and character of our room, with original rough beams and ceilings blended with modern updated granite counters and stainless appliances. The room is more of a suite with a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, etc. and a comfortable sitting area all separate of the bedroom. There are balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor overlooking Newport harbor...

Great location and view. Room was really nice but a lot of noise from something banging on bldg when windy difficult to sleep. No maintenance on weekends. Staff was very nice. Descent price for 2 bedroom townhouse

The area was right on the edge of the harbor which was what we wanted. Unfortunately the suite was not what we thought we were getting. The bed was a double I thought I booked a queen. Everything else was satisfactory.

“End units (such as 300) facing the road are nicely set up but a bit noisier. Rear units facing parking and the water I imagine are quieter.”
