The Inn's of Newport offers many different properties to choose from based on your needs. We stayed at the Elm Street Inn (near the water but walking distance to all). Wonderful rustic room with beautiful, clean hardwood floors, a poster bed and a daybed in the joining room. Very comfortable. Breakfast is served in one of the 19th Century Inns... More

I stayed at this inn after reading these great reviews and could not have been more surprised. Although the inn is in a great location the Room is badly in need of an upgrade. Dirty carpets and plaster peeling. I was not offered any made to order breakfast just cereal.

I have been staying at Inns of Newport annually for many years while we attend the Hall of Fame Tennis Championships. Rick, the proprietor has always gone out of his way to make sure we are satisfied. The rooms are beautifully decorated with most amenities. we prefer the charm of a B &B and these are classic, 19th century properties.... More

I will be staying at one of the four inns that comprise Inns Of Newport for the fifth consecutive year. My experience has always been a pleasant and positive one. The staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly. Rooms are nicely furnished in period pieces, and thankfully for me, have great AC. The traditional breakfasts are a great bonus. The... More

We have never stayed at a place that felt like a bed and breakfast before. It was overall and great experience! Parking in the back felt secure. The room was not incredibly spacious but it had everything we needed. We really liked the breakfast in the morning and OMG you have to try the fresh squeezed orange juice! The only... More

What's not to like: Breakfast cooked to order, 1 block back from the main drag, internet access in rooms, Jacuzzi, clean towels each day, Owner on site to help with all needs, good parking and great area to visit. Second couple with us equally happy with entire operation. Owner called after we arrived home to check on our stay. Going... More

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful two day stay in Newport this past weekend. This was a last minute decision-just got in the car and drove without any reservations or plan. Last time we stayed at Inns of Newport, Rick told us to contact him next time were were in town and that's just what we did.... More

We've stayed with Inns of Newport many times in the past and always come back. We enjoy the antique buildings, the feeling of old Newport, the hearty breakfasts, the cozy rooms, and the helpful staff and management. It's nicely appointed, clean and quiet.

We flew to Newport to attend a wedding. We extended our trip and stayed here at Inns of Newport for five nights. We were treated like royalty! We had a spacious room with plenty of space for our long stay. The owner and his staff could not have been more accommodating. The breakfasts were hot and delicious, our room was... More
