The room was very small. Bed was uncomfortable. The air-conditioning was very noisy. The fire and smoke detector were located too close to the ceiling above the bedside and the constant flashing is very irritating to the eyes at night as shown in the picture. The constant flashing gave me giddy sensation. Don't think that detector is appropriately located. Definitely...

So here are my cons: First day there couldn't find the hotel even though gps kept saying we were there. Because of the renovation the front was boarded and we saw no signs. We drove around the hotel several times until an employee asked if we were looking for them. We said yes and he told us we could park...

The hotel was under construction, one elevator for over 40 floors, no pool, no food service, restaurant. Lines to check in/out were atrocious. Reserved the room online, no warning of construction at the time. Still paid almost $200 a night. A complete rip off. A hotel that is under that much construction should have the decency to let you know...

Not far from the airport, this hotel is located a street away from the main strip in Waikiki. The hotel itself is being renovated, but we didn't get disturbed by any noise, the only inconvenience was the pool was closed. Rooms - these are very compact! We had two beds, and little room to move or put our luggage. Having...

Reserved a room to have a place to crash before our 11 p.m. flight ~ Showed up to check in a little before 3:00 which was check in time. The line was so long it winded out of the lobby, onto the sidewalk. We got in line, waited over and hour and a half, and the line barely moved. We...

Room was nice, if a little small however that was to be expected as we had a double for my sister & I. Loft looked run down & construction was going on around the building however location was great, close to the main strip in Waikiki. The free shuttle to the shopping centre was convenient but a lot faster getting...

Under construction-should have closed for remodeling. Noisey, insufficient parking for patrons and no parking in area. Lobby and garages are insufficient for amt of patrons. Just a mess. Room air conditioner is terribly noisey and rooms are so small for the high price. Charged daily amentity fee for nothing. Seriously folks bad.

When we arrived at 3 pm for check in our room was not ready. Apparently, the cleaning ladies weren't done with our room. We had to wait for half an hour to be able to check in and go to our room. They did not allow us to check in and leave our bags as we would have preferred to...

My partner and i have been coming to this hotel since 2002 and when we arrived this month of December , oh boy that was a tons of changes. The rooms got renovated and it was nice and i found out that it will be a Holiday Inn Express Hotel soon. I can clearly see the Holiday Inn trademark design...

The room was excellent, clean, very comfy beds, wifi, flat screen TV, kitchen and ensuite. Great views from 38th floor. Great location for the beach, shops and to go for a walk or grab a tour bus. Staff were very helpful and friendly
