Look- it's not like we needed a swanky place to stay in Honolulu. The fun is all outdoors anyway. And the good parts of this hotel are that it's located just a few walking blocks to the beach, it's reasonably priced, and there's a bus you can ride for free around the downtown area. (The Pink Line- it does not...

Nice hotel, comfortable room and good facilities. 4-5 minute walk to beach, but closer to shops. Ocean views from southern side of hotel and also a good view of the sunset. Public transport out front of hotel is another plus.

Stayed here with hubby and 2 kids for a week. Was pleasantly surprised as the lounge room doubled as the kids room with 2 single beds and we had our own room with a queen size bed. I just assumed we would all be in one room thinking it was a standard 'studio' room. Both rooms had an air con...

Aloha and Mahalo for your positive review regarding our one bedroom units. We especially appreciate your comments regarding our staff and will be sure to pass them on. We have water saver shower heads which could result in a weak spray but I am having our maintenance men check the shower heads in our Luana Wing for any weakness. We...

We stayed here for a week in January. We did not have a car, but do expect to pay extra for parking privileges. What you need to know: 1. While not on the beach, this hotel has a fabulous location. It's about 3 blocks from the beach and in easy walking distance to a myriad of restaurants and shopping. 2....

Aloha and Mahalo for your five star review! What a great wealth of information you have posted! Thank you especially for your comments regarding our hotel staff, which I will be sure to pass on to them. We are trying to go green as much as we possible can and the filtered water dispenser is something that we recently added....

Rooms were pretty good which is the only thing saving this from turnin' into a 3 star review because that parking exit/entrance ramp is narrow. And, yes, ramp, singular - if you're leaving the first level, keep an eye out on your left for cars from the second level leaving on the same ramp. if you book this hotel buy...

Aloha and Mahalo for your review on tripadvisor. Thank you for your comment regarding our rooms. Please accept our apology for the parking entrance and exit ramp. It is monitor by our parking attendants who are especially trained in this area. Again, we appreciate your time spent submitting this review and we hope you will return one day. Island regards,...

I did not choose this hotel as it was all arranged by my travel agent .who was trying to keep my costs down. The agent did a great job & the hotel was fantastic with very helpful staff. Apart from not having a jug for my cup of tea in the morning I have no other complaints.( the coffee machine...

We spent three nights here (including Christmas eve), and I'm so glad that we did! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms very comfortable, and the location was central to most everything and anything that we wanted to see/visit. I have two children, and they felt very comfortable and welcomed - I think they visited the pool and...

Pros: 1. Good value for money than other hotels in the area 2. Good location 3. Clean rooms Cons: 1. Service staff is bad. They come across as rude as they have a lot of customers to serve. 2. Parking rates are horrible 3. Dated furniture

We stayed 2 nights on the 18th floor with a nice view of the city. One could board a free hop on hop off shuttle across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. IHOP was right next door & the hotel had a discount coupon for there.

Same as always! Excellent Staff! Very helpful! Very polite! there was a misunderstanding with the number of days that we were supposed to stay there, but, they took care of it in a very professional way. The rooms were very clean (I had booked two rooms). Our friend was very happy with his room, too. Central location and good Senior...
