Great hotel, nicest staff you can find and excellent housekeeping department. 5 stars for ocean front rooms. But this time stayed in Waikiki view room (I like Waikiki ocean view hotel rooms.). But discovered these rooms are next to very loud elevators. I think another reviewer earlier wrote about this also. Stay away from them. Waikiki city view is excellent...

Aloha home222, Thank you for reviewing your stay and your repeat visits to our property. We are sorry you were unable to move from the Waikiki view to an ocean view during this stay. The elevator noise is something that is being addressed as a part of the room remodels. We do apologize for the inconvenience the noise caused and...

My new wife and I stayed here for 8 days for our honeymoon. We initially arrived and were greeted by an unhelpful and rude staff member who barely engaged with us. Then we get up to our room... Let's just say "partial ocean view" with these guys really means you're risking suicide to even get a glimpse of the water...

Aloha BukoBran, Thank you for sharing this feedback from your stay. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences or disappointments we may have created during your visit. Follow-up with the supervisors for the front desk and breakfast services has been made. Without having your name or specific information we can only address this as a more general response. Overall this resort was very good. We were greeted at the airport and had a shuttle to the resort. Check in process took a little while, especially considering there was no one in line in front of us. The concierge was amazing and helped us book different tours for our stay and gave good recommendations on what to do around...

Aloha Kayla S., Thank you for reviewing your stay. We value all of your compliments and concerns and do apologize for the service you received at the front desk and with the hotel cleaning. We reached out to our housekeeping supervisor for some information about the late service and were informed that rooms are typically serviced between 8am-4pm daily. If...

We were upgrades to an ocean front with a balcony which was amazing after a long flight from New England. Front Desk Staff were very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer. The street down below was a bit noisy but it wasn't too bad.

I had the worst time at this hotel... I thought I'd treat myself to a awesome holiday, because I had been in remission for a while now and needed to be happy again. This hotel definitely doesn't stand up to the Hyatt Reputation... I was firstly on level 5, right next to the breakfast setup. The crew at 6.30 are...

We recently stayed at the above hotel for 10 nights which was part of a package through My Hawaii. I must say that My Hawaii were excellent and the hotel staff and amenities were first class. We have stayed at the Hyatt 2 years ago and since then the room that we stayed in had been fully renovated. Our room...

Right in front of the beach. Close to shopping center. Nice view. Has rental Hertz and Budget car rental in the building. There is a luau right in front of the hotel some days of the week. Just don't use the concierge to do your reservations because in my case the messed up and was a real pain.

This is an older hotel that has recently been updated (minor facelift). Rooms are reasonable size, beds are comfortable. Food & shops are good but over priced. Excellent location for walking access to Waikiki activities. They cater heavily to the Japanese; in February it is overrun with them.

There are an amazing 1250 rooms in what is more like a small town than an hotel. It is a public thoroughfare at ground floor level which shops and even a market on certain days. On the downside we were charged $30 a day per couple, (same for solo travellers) for the use of 'amenities'. These were the pool and...
