Front desk staff not able to deal with customers appropriately. NEED further training. When faced with a challenge that was easily solvable with good / basic customer service during check in - a card not going through for authorisation for 'incidentals' following total and complete payment in full for the room. Instead of allowing the 'customer' to go up to...

Aloha! Your feedback is much appreciated. It is standard, when traveling in the US, for hotels to hold a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals. Having said that we are sorry you left dissatisfied with your experience at our hotel. I will share your experience with the rest of the management team and will implement a plan to improve...

Arrived tired and stressed , with a pre paid reservation. Hotel would not allow me to check in as my credit card was packed in a bag. Both front desk agents were clueless. They would not allow me to check in without a 200 USD cash deposit. Hotel does not have a bar or anything, so they couldn't justly the...

Free beverage is so nice and the location is good because there is in middle of waikiki and close by Mcdonals. The best thing is that this hotel located near by T-galleria & ROSS. so we can find out Trolley stop so fast.

we stayed at Shorline for a week. Such a great location in the heart of everything. Close to buses and walking distance to most places in the area. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, always greeting us with a happy smile. The rooms lovely and clean, modern and serviced well daily. Loved the infused cucumber water, iced tea...

Very close to main shopping and beaches. Very competent and informative staff. Rooms OK, bed comfortable , modern facilities. Quite a lot of street noise, which was not a surprise, our room on floor 12 was next door to the lifts which were quite noisy when operating, try to avoid this.

Old room, not valuable for price. Pictures make room look big, but is actually really small. Shower/bathtub drain blocked. Good location. Balcony goes onto an old rooftop, dirty and smelly. Wouldn't go back again. Parking too expensive at 30 usd.

Just like you guys, I shop for hotels for great rates but wonder if the price would be the deciding factor. This is my "GO TO" hotel on Waikiki since I already know what to expect. I just got back from a 5 night stay there. That makes my 6 stays there altogether and not been disappointed yet. I wish...

We recently discovered this gem of a hotel. It is in a great location in the heart of Waikiki. Close to shopping, beach, restaurants. Has nice amenities, roof top pool and restaurant. Feels like an upscale modern hotel, but is very reasonably priced. Will stay again for sure ,our next time in Waikiki!
