This hotel was closed down due to building violations. We half way through our 3 week holiday and had to find out that it was closing by a note on the front door. We were moved all together 7 times including moving to another hotel which wasn't really up to standard. We given a small refund . This spoilt our...

Checked website and found a good looking hotel and booked in January 2016 for our anniversary holiday in October 2016. We were looking forward to the sun terrace, pool and sunshine. Arrived late after a delayed flight and given a room on the 3rd floor next to a room being demolished. Our room needed renovation - cooker disgusting, air conditioning...

Booked an adhoc-trip to Hawaii without any spesific plans, just to meet my local friend. Due to the last minute travel deal, was not searching a five star hotel nor waiting too much from the accommodation that was available. Two weeks before the departure got a phone call from the hotel that there is a renovation going on and the...

Extremely rundown & in need of a renovation or at the very least, a coat of paint. Very old wall style air conditioner that was very noisey. Looked nothing like what they showed on their website. WiFi didn't work in the room. Good location though. Walking distance to restaurants, beach etc.

At the last minute I decided to find a place to stay whilst I was visiting my friends in Waikiki Beach. I stayed on Thursday & Friday night & it was the best choice I've made so I could be close to my friends. I was originally booked to stay at another hotel on Saturday & Sunday night after the...

When I checked into this hotel I was a bit optimistic as the location downtown was nice however the parking garage was not that close. The hotel staff was friendly. When we finally got up to the "suite" it was anything but that. There was a vomit stain in the corner of the room. There was also an old stale...

We stayed here for a few nights, not realising until we arrived there was a massive refurb going on. We was pleasantly surprised, large room with two double beds, a balcony, kitchenette, and also a cute medium sized very clean pool out the back. The outdoor area was a really lovely space to sit in, the flowers are kept impeccably....

I knew this wasn't going to be amazing simply because of the price and previous reviews. It wasn't horrible but it doesn't look like the website at all..... Like at all. It's livable and the location is great. You can get parking really close for $24 a day. The wifi doesn't work the top two floors are under construction. They...

The only reason for the 4th star is the location and staff. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the beach, opposite Tiffany's/Coach/Burberry and right downstairs is an amazing ramen restaurant. It is walking distance to all the necessary amenities. Its quite hidden, walked past several times and had to double back. Also safe at night as you need a...
