My partner and I recently stayed at the Aqua Bamboo in Waikiki at the tail end of a 10 week trip around the world and found it to be a wonderful, friendly and good value hotel. The pool and spa are lovely and the staff keep it so clean. Had a lomi lomi massage at the massage centre which was...

My colleagues and I traveled to Hawaii for work and stayed at the Aqua Bamboo hotel. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean at a pretty reasonable price. When we needed a little extra assistance with our business hardware the service manager definitely went out of her way to help us. Overall it was an excellent trip and...

We stayed for four nights this June as the first leg of our honeymoon. After a long, long, flight, we were greeted with refreshing towels to freshen up, champagne and chocolate in our room. The hotel always had fresh coffee, water, iced tea and lemonade available. Our kitchenette was great and everything in our room was nicely appointed and CLEAN!...

Arrived at Aqua Bamboo and Spa and got immediately an upgraded room. Rooms are quite small! I made sure that our room didn't face the main street - we didn't have any view - but wasn't noisy at night. If you rent a car park next door for $5 less a day. We could see our car from you can...

We decided to do a quick trip to Hawaii to unwind. I picked the Aqua Bamboo after seeing an offer for $99 per night for a Kitchenette Room. The pictures on Tripadvisor looked decent and I really only paid attention to the reviews made by travelers who did not join Tripadvisor on the same day that they posted grand reviews...

Staff were very helpful & when we arrived after a long overnight flight well before check-in time they offered to store our luggage or provide immediate access to an upgraded room at a modest increased daily rate which we took. The room was overlooking the pool and had views to the beach and Diamond Head there was a fully equiped...

Booked this on the internet from recommendation in Lonely Planet. Great location two blocks back from the beach. Flight was delayed by 4 hours, was most impressed with warm welcome at 4 a.m!

I almost never write reviews but I wanted to take a moment and say that the Aqua Bamboo and Spa is hands-down one of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed at. In bustling mega-plex Waikiki, this place is a tropical oasis of sweet smiling staff, gorgeous lobby, wonderful practical rooms, and a lush and lovely pool area. What really...

Friendly staff especially Devina, Anthony and Puna. Great comfortable and intimate pool area with a beautiful water fountain and lush palms and ferns. Felt like our own oasis, home away from home. Rooms were very neat and clean. As we say in Oz... "Just our cuppa tea"!
