We stayed at this hotel for four nights. Our room was clean every day and in perfect condition. Staff members were friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, as there are many other restaurants around the hotel, and we preferred to go to these places instead. You can walk for less than 5 minutes and reach...

The staff were very friendly. We stayed 7 nights in room 1718 the room was big. Two Queen size bed's for me & my girlfriend. The cleaning lady was fantastic. The balcony was small but had views of the beach and mountains was just beautiful. Would stay there again.

This hotel isnt flash, but it's clean, the staff are lovely and always go out of there way to help. Its in a great location and very kid friendly. Our daughter loved Raymond, AKA Mr Aloha, his daily shaka absolutely made her day. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a memorable holiday.

I've stayed at this hotel before and their staff was great. This trip, my room didn't have hot water on the first day, so I had to call down for someone to come up and adjust that. Why wouldn't every room have hot water? A fax that was sent to me was never received by me before I left, one...

Good afternoon My apologies for dropping the ball. With so many long service hosts on our reception, as with our bellman, they are usually spot on with the service delivery – I am sorry for the runaround and any inconvenience caused. We have all reviewed and discussed and look forward to seeing you again and the return of the standards...

Spent 1 night at the Ohana East and found the staff helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities. The bathroom was tight and it was a convenient location. The rooms were a bit dated, but no worse than other similar hotels. While the rest of the hotel had a good feel to it. It is...

This is a worn out hotel that needs updating. We were disappointed that AAA put us in this hotel as a way to "economize" our two week visit. The first room had not been properly made up and was on the third floor close to all the street noise. The room they moved us to was a little better, but...

Aloha Thank you for your comments; they are respected and it is certainly unfortunate to hear we appear to have fallen so short of your expectations. I trust your next accommodation provider better met with your travel requirements and you were able to enjoy your remaining time on the islands. Mahalo Niel Mason

Two of us have a large, bright, comfortable room on the 15th floor with a great view. There is an express elevator to rooms on 15 and above. Very nice surprise to find that our room has two closets. Great customer service and housekeeping. Balcony is small but we use it everyday - love the partial ocean view. Hotel is...

The location can't be beat. It's perfect. Next to shopping and restaurants and 1 block from the beach. There is a great udon noodle shop around the corner that we practically lived at. The hotel is older and I used to stay there as a kid when it was just Outrigger. It's 4 star because of the location.

Marukame Udon - Locals and visitors alike, from 7am, line up for these noodles. I appreciate too the walk down memory lane – now Outrigger represents the Premier Beachfront Brand in the world, we are proud to fly the secondary mid-tier OHANA brand that continues the Kelley spirit in providing visitors to the Islands the best in convenience and local...

This hotel is located in a great area close to the beach, local bus stops, Kalakaua Avenue, farmer's market across street for fresh fruit, salads, kabobs, etc. and food market. We felt very safe at this location. The room we stayed in on the 11th floor was spacious (which was important to us) and had a small balcony viewing a...

Thank you for the kind review and so pleased the location and service delivery met with your expectations. Thank you also for providing the opportunity to clarify the daily fee. In continuing to provide the best rates in the mid-tier market here in Waikiki, it has become essential for us to charge the additional fees; only through economies of scale...

Older style hotel in excellent location. Very helpful staff, great house keeping. Has cook top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. Would stay there again, no problem. Good size supermarket across the road and plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby.
