We have been staying at the Pagoda Hotel since 1977. Over the years we have seen many changes at the Pagoda. Some things have always stayed the same, but this year there were lots of upgrades to the rooms and buildings! As always the front desk staff was helpful and courteous (same staff as last year!) The housekeeping staff always...

I called front desk thursday morning and asked if there were rooms available for the 17-20th and was told yes and was given what my total would be. So after work on thursday i went to the front desk (1255am) and spoke to a guy at the front desk with the name tag "Bill" and tried to pay for a...

Very helpful front desk staff, especially Alice. Loved the Dining Room especially the Koi fish feeding time, the food was good and all the dining staff most helpful, with a special thanks to Reyna, the Manager of the Dining Room. Our room was very clean, well-maintained with a superbly comfortable bed. Would have liked bigger mugs for our morning coffee...

Our stay in this hotel was awesome. My wife and I checked in later in the afternoon with our 2 kids but were greeted by a friendly front desk, Alice. She made the check in process easy. She was so helpful in giving us the direction where to park our car. Our kids didn't had to wait too long while...

The rooms are well maintained. The cleaning staff are extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel is very convenient to stores and a free trolley that will make your stay there even more enjoyable.

The hotel is good for short stay but you have to pay one extra night even if its early check in and they never ever accept early check in requests unless you pay for one whole extra day. When you travel for almost 11 hours, you need to rest and if you check in even 2 hours early they wont accomodate...

I stayed here because it was conveniently located and less expensive then places I would have liked to stay. Locals from the other islands stay here as well as older people who stayed there before. It seemed vaguely clean, but there were roaches in the room so I left the light on all night - they hide if you do...

My son, girlfriend, and I stayed here for two nights. The online booking was simple and easy, as was the check in process. The hotel is older however, everything was clean and well maintained. All of the staff was very pleasant. The hotel was only a few blocks from several restaurants and the mall. I would stay here again!

This is a great hotel but not close to the hustle-bustle of Waikiki which is why I like it so much. This is my home-away-from-home in Honolulu. The hotel is clean and safe and secure for single women. There are food places nearby and the mall is 2 blocks away. Shoppers will appreciate Walmart for last-minute souvenirs, drinks and snacks....

I continue to be amazed with the service I received when registering at the front desk. I was met with a wonderful holiday smile and greetings from both Debbie Arakaki and Alice Pastoral as Debbie searched her computer for my unexpected early arrival. Both she and Alice always make me feel like I am back home again and they are...
