I have to say that I was a little hesitant in booking this hotel after reading some of the reviews. I asked for a high ocean view room facing Diamond Head and that is what we got. All of the staff that we met were friendly and helpful. The rooms were just fine, and we didn’t feel that the hotel...

Stayed here Oct 28-31, 2009. The hotel is dingy, dirty and smells very moldy. The first room we checked into had a broken A/C. The tech guy who came to look at it said it would take several days before they got around to fixing it so we moved. This place is simply ready to be re-done. The bathroom was...

We stayed here for 5 nights in a Deluxe High Ocean View Room on the 16th floor. We did have wonderful views of the ocean and city. However, even though we were up so high, we could hear the music from the lounge area every night from 6:30-11pm. The singing was nice, but it was difficult when we wanted to...

Stayed for 7 days. Perfect location, one block to beach, one block to major bus route, major restaurants and stores close by. Clean rooms. Some complain about nightly noise from poolside entertainment, we couldn't hear anything, but who stays in their hotel room when you have so much to do. By the time we got back to the hotel, the music had stopped.

The staff were super friendly and we were upgraded when we arrived. I am not sure if there was a difference because the room was still very plain. It was a bit cramped but OK. The rooms were a bit old, but still clean. The location was great, pool was great and the staff were all very friendly.........Would probably stay...

I was in Hawaii for a few days conference mid week so I decided to make it a full 10-day vacation by tacking on a vacation on either end of my business trip. Although our business conference was in the Hyatt next door, I decided to book the Sheraton as I am a platinum member at Starwood. Upon arrival at...

This was our second stay at this hotel and I still have no complaints. The location is wonderful, right across the street from the beach and in the heart of it all. We stayed in a high ocean view room which in my opinion is worth the extra money for. The room overlooked the pool as well as having the...

We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was a great location and beautiful hotel overall. There is a restaurant on premises and nighthly shows that are free with a bar. During the day there is a pool with wait staff and a 3 minute walk to the beach. There are convenience stores as well as a subway sandwich shop right...
