Worst hotel that we’ve stayed in. Dirty, cockroaches and garbage chute on every floor. The pictures are deceiving, does not look anything like it. If you stay at this sub standard hotel, your holiday will be ruined.
Great location and room had space for three adults. Good comfortable beds and very clean. Exhaust vent in bathroom needs to be vacuumed. We made use of the fridge and microwave and crockery but did not use the cook-top. Service staff were great at cleaning...More
Loved Island Colony, location was amazing. Our suite was exactly what was in pictures proviced. Only downfall was the lack of sound proofing in the building. We could hear the neighbours music/tv/even talking. It's on a very busy street as well so we could hear...More

Honestly, we've found that the best way to go is to rent a car in the building or a few blocks away and just return it every night rather than paying any parking fee. Once you've driven the Island and went where you want to on your own, there are a lot of great tours that will take you to your destination (without the headache of driving). And, since the condos/hotel is so centrally located in Waikiki, there are so many places to go within walking distance. I hope this help! Aloha!
