Good camp to stay and acclimate. Many wonderful day hikes too! Good food, call ahead for reservations. You can sometimes get a tent due to cancellations. Try getting a tent cabin by the river is so nice.

Ended up in Tuolumne Meadows because the valley was all sold out. I have found my new love in Yosemite. Great trip. The Lodge was well suited for families, hikers, friends, and couples. The staff and the setting were ideal.

I've never stayed in a Yosemite Lodge before. What a great experience bridging car camping and a hotel in the park. A very clean "tent" with beds, wood floors, and a wood stove! In nature and in complete comfort.

This was our first time to Tuolumne. The tents are very comfortable even for infrequent campers. The communal dining was a treat. Staff were invariably kind and helpful. Our only complaint was a persistent sewage smell in the bathrooms. I hope this will be resolved at our next visit, because we surely plan to return!

Had an amazing night here last week. Staff were so friendly, I wish I could remember the young blonde lady's name. She was fab. Lovely location, close to a shop and post office and many of the local hikes. Only downside is that there are no cooking facilities. We did not eat in the restaurant as we had brought so...

This little piece of heaven is a spot tucked away from Tioga Pass close to hwy 395. A bunch of canvas tents on cement floors with mandatory wood burning stoves to keep warm. This is modified glamping. Get a tent right next to the river to help drone out other camper noises. It's not fun packing all food and toiletries...

Fifty yards outside our tent cabin's door, snowmelt cascaded down Dana Fork of the Tuolumne River in crisp, high mountain meadow air. Inside the cabin, the wood fire heater warmed the room comfortably, the sound of falling water and birds providing a soothing background. So different from the setting of my normal 24-hour life. A few steps away were trails...

Great way to get close to the backcountry without having to pack in and out. The accommodations and atmosphere didn't get in the way of feeling connected to nature but left you feeling well taken care of.

You can't beat this location. Absolutely beautiful with easy access to many trailheads. A step above camping and a step below a motel. The major downside was no ability to cook your own food. The restaurant was overpriced and the staff was very slow. The tent was comfortable and clean, the showers had great hot water, and the stove in...
