Wonderful experience, but we did have a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom was very clean and nice. The restaurant served a delicious dinner and breakfast. The dining room service was wonderful! There's no air conditioning, and it happened to be a very hot spell, so...More

Don't miss it! Atmosphere remains that of yesteryear. Cozy rooms with lots of character. Staff extremely helpful. Beware of radiator noise on cold nights when you are trying to sleep. Love the restaurant, menu, prep and service.

Hello- Big Trees Lodge is located just inside the south entrance of the park. There is a 35 mile drive into Yosemite Valley. We advise our guests to allow at least an hour to drive into the Valley.
