This place was wonderful! It was on the opposite end of town from the entrance to Zion National Park, but I actually liked that aspect because it got us away from the chaos of the crowds. The hotel is just across from a stop for the free bus, so we took that to access the

This hotel was great for the price. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the free shuttle into the Zion National Park stops directly in front of Majestic View Lodge so we didn’t need to drive anywhere during our stay. The views are great, the rooms are clean. There was a

There was a communication problem between the booking and restaurant people, as the price we were charged for the Thanksgiving dinner was $5 more than what was quoted when we booked. It seemed to be the only hotel in the area that didn't offer free breakfast. The television

This hotel is accessible by car as it is Springdale. The free 10 minute shuttle to Zion NP entrance is right across the street. Most of Zion NP is only accessible by their excellent bus system which allows you to get off and on a various stops. You can see many sights and access most hiking trails from the stops. Unless you get to the Park very early, don’t count on finding parking at the visitor center.

We had annual pass, so we took the chance and drove into Zion's parking lot. We scored a spot and didn't have to use the shuttle. But the shuttle system worked well for other we talked to.
