The hotel was very beautiful, the location so far from incheon airport almost 3 hours, but its worth it to reach. The hotel so near with ski house and ski area. The breakfast are delicious but not really complete for the class. For breakfast time you must use shoes, and not suggest to wear the short pants. They have a...

Very clean & spacious hotel, great customer service. Restaurants, shops, convenience store & ski slope within walking distance. Hotel's buffet breakfast has a wide variety of food. We stayed in a room with balcony & it faces the ski slope. Very beautiful.

Good: Staff trained to be polite to guests. Rooms appear modern and roomy. Great views to the Ski fields (especially at night, fantastic) depending on the room. Good rates Cons: Little bit more of a walk to the Ski lifts/facilities than HI but not a deal breaker. Main gripe was with the surprisingly bad hotel restaurant. ( Depressing because the...

This was our 1st time in Pyeongchang to check out the ski town in Korea, as we usually frequent Europe's Ski resorts. Overall, the hotel is Good. Our rooms were decent in size with a balcony. High water pressure. Clean bathroom, no mold. Free wifi in the rooms and lobby. Access to sauna/steam room was an extra charge. We did...

We wanted a luxury hotel with 5-star service so we selected the Intercontinental for our family of three skiing holiday. After a grueling 3 hour shuttle from the airport, it was nice to walk into a warm grand lobby, despite no meet and greet. Check-in staff were not particularly welcoming. I enquired about breakfast and the receptionist provided a price...
