Very nice hotel with large rooms and a comfy patio to have breakfast and lounge in the afternoon. Very clean with very attentive staff that will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. We stayed in the beach side of the hotel where there are 6 rooms. They were in the process of finishing an additional building on the back...

Very very overpriced! Half price would do. Ants both in the shower and in the sink, lots of them. Garbagedump on the other side of the wall of the hotel. No roomservice what so ever! Breakfast was a disaster: Coffee worst ever (was there something like coffee in?), bread old and chevy! Does NOT meet the standard according to the...

We stayed there for a night and the only ones in the hotel as this was off-season. The hotel is small with only 6 rooms but well managed and maintained. There is construction of a new wing on site and hopefully would finish in time for the holiday season. Beach is small but nicely shaded with lots of coconut trees....

I really don't need to say anything that the photos don't tell you. Filthy, FILTHY dirty for what they say is $100. Please, please consider whether you think dirt and filth is what you require - there are plenty of other clean and better priced rooms around Welligama. For what it's worth, we had our bill reduced to $50 as...

Just got back from spending two weeks at Villa Tissa. Pick up from airport took us straight to this lovely villa. Have honestly never felt so relaxed on a holiday. Fresh fruit for breakfast each morning, served with toast, a pot of tea and lovely beaming smiles from Sheldon. Surf right in front of the villa kept my husband and...
