Hotel Solemare is a nice and welcoming hotel in the center of Bonifacio. I have to start by saying that the people working at this hotel were super friendly, especially the staff at the reception desk went out of their way to accommodate us and made us feel right at home. The room itself was somewhat small and had twin...

We debated whether to stay in the old city (way up there) or at the harbor and glad we picked this one! Of course we made a couple hikes up to the old town (not bad, really) to walk around but were happy to sit on our terrace and watch the goings on in the busy harbor. There's a pool...

This hotel is right amongst the goings on with the super yachts coming and going and offers a great aspect for people, and boat watching in the exciting Bonifacio. This is a great town, and the walk to the old town is so worth it. The hotel is older, and a bit dated, but it is hard to beat the...

Description: clean, modern hotel. The room was really clean. The decoration is simple and the room was a little bit small, but the view is amazing (I think every room faces the port). It suited our needs perfectly. Service: great customer service, the frontdesk called to make restaurant reservations for us and recommended places to visit. We were late for...

We stayed in this pretty hotel one night only! I would not give 5 stars only cause there was no fridge in the room and no minibar! As for the rest, the room was lovely with view of the pier, the swimming pool great with jacuzzi, and nice breakfast! Absolutely recommended!

Lovely decorated hotel, fantastic pool, very reasonably priced rooms (€150 for a harbour view). Very friendly and helpful staff, speak very good English (but may challenge you to try some of your French!). Free wifi. Location is very good not right in the centre of town but a quick walk past some nice bars will get you into the thick...

We spent 3 nights here in a family room, and loved it. The room was actually 2 bedrooms with an ample sized bathroom and 2 lovely balconies overlooking the port of Bonifacio. Everything was modern and stylish. The location of this hotel is great, with fantastic views of the port and citadel and within easy walking distance of many shops...

The hotel is wel located on the quay and opposite the restaurants in the new town that are spread along the quayside. Parking, which is a signicant issue in the town, is provided freee at the hotel. All of the rooms have balconies facing the water and with a veiw of the old town and fortifications. Breakfast is offered as...

After driving around the village and up past the citadel and down again (twice), we eventually read the directions and found the hotel. Not their fault but mine! However, the parking facilities need improving -- not very many spots and difficult to park and carry bags. A really pleasant place with great European-style breakfasts, and very accommodating in that they...

Lovely little marina and great walk up to castle. Hotel is generally very dated and most definitely 3 star. Room smelled musty and bed was uncomfortable with blankets which felt damp/greasy. No tea or coffee in room. Shower and toilet seperate, both very tired decor. Room beside lift so very noisy. Small balcony but with nice view over marina. Pleasant...
