This is a "resort" targeting Japanese customers, actually no-complain people and who easily pay for whatever they find "recommended " in magazines. About the "resort": basically seems that several years have past since any maintenance was done to the facilities was done; the gardens will soon disappear; beach is narrow, small and littered with debris of glass, extremely dangerous !...

Cocos Island is about a mile off the south coast of Guam, and is quite small (1 mile x .25 mile). The resort offers a full range of activities, including snorkeling, kayaking, jet skiing, diving, sea-floor walking, wind surfing, etc. whether you are staying with them or not. I participated in the activities but did not stay at the hotel....

At one time, I'm sure this resort was wonderful. However, we were disappointed on several counts. The area where you were allowed to snorkel was so shallow and seemed dead- hardly any fish to see. A buffet lunch came with the $25 ticket was disappointing as well. A small buffet with dried up chicken and food that looked like it...

Tried jet ski,parasailing,banana boat,snorkeling etc. and was very disappointed. Although some of the staff are pleasant enough, many are unbelievably rude, spending most of the time shouting at customers and complaining to each other. The equipment used was old. the jet ski broke down and could only crawl along. The parasailing rope was frayed with the harness half torn, not...
